Ghosts

(Ep-5/6/7)

It was senior prank night. The whole group was at the high school. Elena disappeared to glue alarics deal shut while Bonnie, mat and Mariah teepeed the swimming pool. Once they were done, they left and walked into the gym only to see Klaus with elena
"Mariah, get out of here!" Elena yelled. Klaus smiled as he sped over to Mariah
"Ah, I was wondering when you'd show up. Now we can get started." He smiled evilly. "I assume you're the reason Elena's still walking around alive?"
"That's right. If you want to blame someone, blame me." Mariah told him fearlessly
"Oh, there's no need for blame, love. Just your witchy interference seems to have caused some undesirable side effects. And since you caused the problem, I'm going to have you find the fix" klaus told her when Rebekah, klauss sister walked in with Tyler. Mariah's face dropped
"Tyler?"
"Get off of me!" Tyler fought Rebekah
"Hush now." Rebekah told him
"I'd like you all to meet my sister Rebekah. Word of warning...She can be quite mean." Klaus smiled
"Don't be an ass." Rebekah rolled her eyes before throwing tyler to klaus
"Leave him alone!" Elena yelled
"I'm going to make this very simple...Every time I attempt to turn a werewolf into a vampire hybrid, they die during the transition. It's quite horrible, actually." Klaus spoke. He paused, biting his wrist and making tyler drink his blood "I need you to find a way to save my hybrids, little witches. And for Tyler's sake...You better hurry" he told them before snapping Tyler's neck
"No!" Mariah yelled, running over to his body and kneeling down besides him
"Come on" Bonnie told Mariah, grabbing onto her
"No" Mariah cried, reaching out for tyler
"Come on. We gotta go, m" Bonnie told her, pulling her away with mat going with them as Mariah cried.

"What is taking so long?" Mariah asked Matt over the phone as she and Bonnie stood by his truck
"This is going to sound crazy, but I think Vicki's trying to reach out to me." Matt told her
"What?" Mariah asked
"Speaker. Put it on speaker" bonnie told her and Mariah pulled the phone from her face, putting it on speaker
"I think she can help us save Tyler" matt told them
"No, Jeremy can help us save Tyler." Mariah told him
"We can't find Jeremy. We need to try something else. I have an idea but I'm going to need your help. Meet me at the pool" matt told them
"I don't understand." Bonnie spoke
"Jeremy can see ghosts because you brought him back from the dead. I need you to do that for me." Matt stated
"What?! No, Matt, that's crazy!" Bonnie told him "This is going to work, trust me" Matt told them
"No, Matt, I can't do that kind of magic anymore." Bonnie told him
"You don't need magic, Bonnie. You just have to be better than I was at CPR." Matt stated before hanging up the phone. Mariah and Bonnie looked at each other confused while they processed. Bonnie's face dropped
"The pool" she told Mariah and Mariah's face dropped too. Before the two of the knew it, they were sprinting back towards the school again.
The girls crashed into the pool and dove inside, both going for Matt. They both grabbed him, pulling him out and yanking him out of the pool
"Bonnie, idk cpr!" Mariah panicked
"I do" Bonnie told her, moving over next to Matt, starting to press on his chest. After a moment, she blew into his mouth, and then pounding on his chest again, continuing the pattern until Matt opened his eyes, taking in a deep breath.

The three walked out of the pool
"As soon as you're feeling better, I'm going to kill you." Mariah told Matt
"It worked. I saw her. I saw Vicki." Matt told them
"You did?" Bonnie asked
"She said she had a message for you guys" matt continued
"For us?" Mariah asked
"From the witch that put the hybrid curse on Klaus. She said that Elena shouldn't have survived Klaus's ritual. The hybrids can't transition because Elena's still alive." Matt told them.
"Tyler..." Mariah looked at him worriedly 
"He's going to die, isn't he?" Matt asked
"I wouldn't be too sure about that" klaus told him. The three turned to see him leaning against the wall. "Given the choice, doppelgänger or a hybrid, I go hybrid every time." Klaus told them.

"Tyler" Mariah spoke as she walked down the hallway to see him and Caroline hugged. He turned around and she sighed "r u ok?" She asked, walking towards him.
"Yeah. I'm amazing." Tyler told her. Mariah came over and hugged him tightly, sighing
"U scared the hell out of me" she whispered
"I'm alright" Tyler told her. He pushed her away lightly "promise"
"Yeah?" Mariah asked, smiling sadly
"Yeah" Tyler nodded, pulling her into another hug. Caroline watched the two with a slight furrowed brow. Mariah still seemed to care so much for him. Mariah gave them her blessing and Caroline believed her when she told her she was over Tyler, but..by the look Caroline could see on her face, it didn't seem like she rly was.
