Mariah stood inside the cave with the original vampire family story carved into the walls. She stood with Bonnie and her mother as they tried to do a spell to open the coffin. Bonny sighed, pulling away
"U have to try harder, Abby" Bonnie told her.
"I am trying" Abby told her
"U know...this whole thing would go a whole lot faster if..." Mariah started
"No, M. Ur not siphoning the spell" Bonnie told her, annoyed
"She's right, Mariah. Siphons cant hold onto magic this strong" Abby agreed
"We'll I don't rly care ab what u think" Mariah told her
"M" Bonnie objected "ease up, ok?" She told her. "We need her to open this thing"
"Do we even know for a fact that my body can't handle the magic?" Mariah asked. Bonnie looked at Abby, wondering the answer
"I've never met a siphon...but from everything I've heard..." Abby started
"But u don't know for a fact right?" Mariah asked
"But we can't risk it, m. We just can't" Bonnie told her. Mariah rolled her eyes.
"Fine..I'll just" she sat down "sit here and keep on watching u fail" she stated.
"Come on, let's try again" Bonnie told Abby, holding out her hands. Abby nodded, taking them and the two started the spell again. The two stood together, beginning to chant. The candle fires started to flare up and mariah stood up, walking over to the coffin. She walked over, standing at the end of it, putting her hands on the sides on it while Bonnie and her mom continued to chant. They believed the spell was working...when really..Mariah had been the one to flair up the candles. She had her hands on the side of the coffin, siphoning the spell off of it. Once she was finished, she pulled away, the candles going back down. Bonnie and Abby pulled away. Bonnie went to open the coffin and it almost did.
"We're almost there. I have to go call Damon...tell him we're getting close" Bonnie told them. The two nodded and Bonnie walked out of the cave.
"I'll come with u" Mariah told her, following her, not wanting to spend any time alone with Abby.

Damon and Stephan walked doesn't the tunnel to see a knocked out Bonnie and Mariah, laying on the ground. Stephan leaned down to them
"They're still breathing" he told Damon. Damon peaked inside the tunnel room to see a knocked out Abby
"Momma witch is still breathing too" he stated "the coffins open" he stated. They both looked down again to see Mariah waking up. She groaned, holding her hand to her head
"What happened?" She asked
"Coffins open. Whatever came out knocked u, Bonnie and Abby out on their way out" Stephan answered, pulling her up off the ground.
"The dinner?" Mariah asked
"Let's just say we have a whole family of originals to worry ab now" Damon answered. Mariah's eyes widened
"U woke them all up?" She asked
"It was elijahs idea and u woke him up" Damon told her, shrugging his shoulders
"Trust me...they're definitely angry at him. I don't think we'll have to worry ab klaus for now" Stephan told her
"Trust u?" Mariah scoffed "I siphoned the damn thing to get the klaus killing machine out and now ur saying we have a whole family to worry about?!" She spoke angrily
"U siphoned it?" Bonnie asked her, standing up off the ground "Mariah, I told u"
"Well u and ur dead beat birth giver weren't getting anywhere so I had to step in Bonnie" Mariah argued
"U could die"
"We don't even know that...ok? Look..our work is done and Elena called and said rik is in the hospital and there's blood all over our house. I'm gonna go deal with that" Mariah stated before walking towards the exit of the cave.

Mariah stood cleaning the house when Elena came in
"He's staying for observation" Elena told her. Mariah nodded, dropping her bloody rag into the bucket
"I got all the blood off the....everything" Mariah told her. Elena nodded. "U ok?" Mariah asked
"Yeah..but the real question is, r u ok?" Elena asked. Mariah sighed, rolling her eyes
"Bonnie told u" she stated. She groaned "I'm fine, alright. She's seriously being overdramatic ok?" She picked up the bucket and set it on the counter in the kitchen "I'm going to bed. Goodnight" she told her, walking towards the stairs. Elena sighed, watching her walk away. Mariah walked up the stairs and she stopped, leaning on the railing for a moment, feeling dizzy. She stood there for a moment until it wore off and she stood up right. She furrowed her brows for a moment, looking to make sure Elena didn't see. She sighed, shaking it off and walking up the stairs.
