"U have horrible self control" Jenna told Mariah as they stood in the kitchen
"Whatever" Mariah chuckled. "At least Tyler never cheated on me" she teased and Jenna looked at her with her jaw on the ground
"Ouch" she chuckled. Mariah laughed as she grabbed an apple, taking a bite of it.

It was career day. Mariah walked around by herself.
"The scumfell is here" Jenna told her, walking up to her. Mariah chuckled
"Oh no.." she laughed "where is he?" She asked
"Idk. I lost him, but I plan on avoiding him at all costs" she told her "so...what's ur plan for ur future? U still wanna be a fashion designer?" She asked. Mariah chuckled
"Absolutely. Have u not seen the dress I've been making?" She asked. Jenna looked at her confused
"God..I am the worst guardian ever. Ur gonna have to show me later"
"I will..but since there's no fashion booths, I'm gonna find Bonnie and go home"
"Alright. I'll see u later"

"Bonnie...where r u?" Mariah asked on the phone. She sighed, hanging it up when Logan pulled up next to her in his car
"Hey, damsel in distress, need a ride?" He asked. Mariah gasped sarcastically
"Oh my God. Logan Fell, channel 9, is that you?" She asked jokingly
"I've known u since u were like 9 Mariah Gilbert. Don't mock me" he smiled
"Well, I was supposed to go home with Bonnie, but I can't find her."
"It's not a problem, really. It's on my way" he told her.
"Idk...u hurt my aunt. I shouldn't like or trust u" she said, only slightly joking. Logan smiled
"Just because Jenna and I didn't work doesn't mean u can't trust me to give u a ride home" he chuckled. Mariah rolled her eyes
"Ok" she nodded, walking around and getting into the car. She sat down "thank you" she told him as she went for her seat belt but Logan slammed her head into the window.

Elena and Stephan stood together when mat walked by and elena stopped him
"Hey, have you seen Logan Fell, the news guy?" She asked
"Yeah. He just gave Mariah a ride home." Mat answered. Elena looked at Stephan panickingly
"Stay here." He told her as he walked away.

Stephan took a passed out Mariah home after saving her from fell. She opened her eyes and sat up, looking around her confused
"Hey" Stephan sat next to her
"What happened?" Mariah asked nervously
"Long story short, logan is a vampire and he attacked u, but ur alright now." He told her
"Logan?" Mariah asked. She groaned, putting her head on her head "my head"
"He hit u pretty hard, but some sleep will help. Listen..I gotta go. U gonna be alright?" He asked, standing up "there's water and some asprin on ur bed side table" he pointed as he walked out
"Thank you" Mariah told him. Stephan nodded as he walked out. She turned her head and picked up her phone, calling someone.

A little while later, Tyler walked into mariahs bedroom and shut the door behind him
"Hey..look ab.." he started before seeing her sitting on her bed with an ice pack to her head. He furrowed his brows. She looked at him and pulled the ice pack down and Tyler could see the red spot on her head from where she hit it "what happened?" He asked.
"Logan Fell happened" Mariah rolled her eyes. Tyler walked over and sat next to her on her bed
"He hurt u? What happened?" He asked angrily
"I don't even know. But...he was gonna kill me" she told him, setting the ice pack down. Tyler huffed before taking a deep breath, calming down
"U ok?" Tyler asked, placing his hand on her cheek. Mariah nodded "u want me to stay?" He asked. Mariah nodded again and Tyler laid down next to her. Mariah laid down, laying on his chest and Tyler held her hand "I'm sorry I wasn't there. U should have asked me for a ride home" he told her
"I know..I'm sorry" Mariah sighed. Tyler leaned forward and kissed her head before the two fell asleep.

The next day, Mariah walked into Elena's bedroom to see her bed was still made and Elena was no where to be seen. She furrowed her brows, pulling out her phone and calling her but no one answered. She sighed, ending it.
Mariah walked around school until she saw Bonnie
"Hey, I'm leaving. I gotta go see my grams" she told Mariah.
"Why? What happened?" She asked.
"Uh..nothing" Bonnie shook her head "I'll see u later" she told her. Mariah nodded with a furrowed brow as Bonnie walked away.
Mariah sat at a table on the court yard of the school. She tried to read but she couldn't stop thinking ab how her hand glowed. She sighed, looking down at her hands for a moment. She furrowed her brows at her hands as she tried to make them glow again but they didn't. She sighed, putting them down. The she remembered that they glowed when she touched something. She took a deep breath as she placed her hands on the table and focused, trying to make them glow again
"Mariah?" Stephan spoke, sitting down next to her
"Hey" Mariah stopped "have u seen Elena? She hasn't answered any of my calls" she told him.
"Uh..I heard from her. She's fine" he told her. Mariah nodded
"It's still unlike her. She's not the type to disappear" she told him.
"We'll i was actually hoping u could help me find her"
"U said she was fine" Mariah furrowed her brows. Stephan sighed and looked down "u lied"
"I'm sorry. I just didn't wanna worry u. I was just coming to ask if u knew where Bonnie was"
"She said she was going to her grams. Why do u need Bonnie to find Elena?"
"Trust me. She can help. Will u help me find her?" He asked
"Yeah, sure. Nothing better to do" she shrugged
