"R u rly going to a silly memorial?" Kol asked as he sat, leaning against Mariah's head board on her bed, watching her as she walked around getting ready.

"I have to. I knew all of these people" she told him

"They kidnapped ur sister and friends yesterday..along with my darling sister"

"Damon isn't my friend. Stephan..sure I guess, and Elena.." she sighed "whatever, ok? People lost their family members and I've known these people my whole life. Also..it means a lot to Elena..so" she shrugged, turning to him "I have to go" she told him as she went to put her necklace on

"Here" Kol smiled, standing up "allow Me" he told her, moving over and taking the necklace from her. Mariah smiled as she moved her hair out of her way and Kol placed the necklace on her neck. He put his hand on her shoulder, leaning down and kissing her neck giving her goosebumps. Mariah smiled, turning around and kissing him

"I have to go" she told him, going to leave

"Hold on" Kol grabbed her arm, stopping her "not so fast. Ur missing something" he told her

"And what's that?" Mariah asked and Kol held up her charm bracelet. Mariah smiled before realizing there were more charms on it. She smiled bigger

"I added more charms on it" he told her with a smile. Mariah looked to see the two charms that were already there. She looked to see a red rose charm, a little teddy bear with a red heart on it and a small circle locket. She furrowed her brows "the bear.." she spoke and Kol pointed at the little stuffed bear on her window seat.

"It's the same one ur sister has. I'm assuming...."

"We got them when we were babies" she finished for him. "and the locket.." she opened the locket to see a picture of her and Kol inside the night of the ball. She chuckled "I do not remember that being taken..Kol Michealson" she gave him a look as she smiled. Kol smiled

"I planned it..I was thinking ahead" he told her. She smiled

"Thankyou" she told him. Kol smiled, taking her hand and placing the bracelet on her wrist. He leaned forward, kissing her

"Let me know if there r any problems today" he told her, moving to the window.

"Any problems at a wake?" Mariah asked, chuckling slightly. Kol shrugged

"Any problems at all" he told her. Mariah nodded, grabbing her bag.

Mariah walked into the church to see a large group of people standing around. She walked over to where she could see Elena standing on the stage, attempting to speak and Mariah moved over, standing next to Damon who was standing with Stephan, Matt and Jeremy

"What's wrong with her?" Mariah asked, looking at how sick Elena looked

"She can't keep down any blood. She's hungry" Stephan answered when they watched Elena gasp slightly.

"What's wrong?" Mariah whispered

"Nobody move. Don't turn around. It's a trap" Damon whispered to everyone, including Caroline and Tyler who sat a row over. Stephan moved out of the seats and into the walkway, walking up and grabbing Elena, pulling her back to the group while music started to play for remembrance. Stephan moved back into the row as he held Elena

"The blood. Stephan the blood. I can smell it. There's so much." Elena gasped

"It's alright; just remember what we talked about. Focus, push back, come on you can do this." Stephan told her

"What's wrong with her?" Matt asked

"She's hungry. She hasn't fed." Stephan answered

"So, get her out of here." Mariah told him
