Hayley walked around outside a truck stop when she saw a vampire standing a few feet away. The vampire snarled, speeding over and grabbing her, about to feed on her when he stopped, letting her go and holding his head as he yelled in pain. Hayley looked behind him as the man fell to the ground to see Mariah holding out her hand, using her magic on him. Hayley furrowed her brows at her when klaus sped over and grabbed the man

"Have a care mate. That's no way to treat a lady" he told the man before biting his neck. Once he let him go the man fell to the ground

"U came" Hayley spoke

"Well u did say it was urgent" klaus told her

"What's with the witch?" Hayley asked

"The witch has a name" Mariah told her, walking over and standing besides klaus "Mariah" she told her when the vamp klaus bit got up and sped off

"Oh, don't worry about him, love. He'll never make it through tomorrow night." Klaus told Hayley

"What if there are more?" Hayley asked

"You were foolish enough to make a deal with Katerina Petrova. She used you to find the cure and now you're nothing but a loose end. You'll be lucky if she lets you live."

"You said you would protect me."

"And we will. Just as soon as you tell me everything you know about Katerina" klaus told her.

Mariah opened klauss door to see Damon. He smiled before walking inside. Mariah rolled her eyes

"Please..come in" Mariah stated

"Ah, what an unpleasant surprise." Klaus spoke as he walked over

"So I just came up with a list." Damon spoke to klaus
"It's called "Things You Suck At" Damon told klaus

"Trust me..I've already read him my list of things he sucks at" Mariah told Damon. Damon smiled at her sarcastically

"Number one: Finding Katherine. Ever. Number two: covering up your secret phone conversations with that little backstabber Hayley." Damon told klaus. "Yeah, so, where is she? What does she know about Katherine?" Damon asked

"I should help you?" Klaus asked

"Mhm." Damon nodded

"After you lot killed my brother and imprisoned me in the Gilbert living room?" Klaus asked

"Highlight the whole...killing Kol part" Mariah spoke

"You might want to prioritize, guys. You have much bigger problems." Damon told them "Katherine has the cure. My guess is she's gonna want to cram it down your throat. You help me find Katherine, I'll get the cure, I'll give it to Elena, everybody wins. Just let me question Hayley about Katherine" Damon told him. Klaus looked at mariah who shook her head

"Can't help you, mate. Hayley's off limits...Although, I did have a run in with a vampire who may know where Katerina is. Too bad for you, I bit halfway through his bloody neck. He probably won't have much time for chit-chat." Klaus told Damon. Damon walked over to Mariah

"So this is what ur doing now?...being the bad guy?" He asked Mariah. "Hangin with klaus. What's ur goal here, Mariah? Cause whatever he's going to give u, u should know better than to trust him"

"R u done?" Mariah asked. Damon sighed, smiling sarcastically as he shrugged

"I could keep going..or" he stepped closer to her "I could kidnap u back to reality where ur sisters humanity is off, ur best friend has lost her mind, and now..apparently..so have u" he chuckled. He looked at her sternly "come home" he told her. Mariah didn't say anything. She just looked at him and crossed her arms. Klaus chuckled
