Chapter 31 - Annoying

Colet's POV:

I woke up to the gleaming sunshine brought by the sun reflecting from the window. Feeling the gold sunshine peeking from the window and hitting my face, I began to open my eyes.

There's no reason to frown or whine when you have a good sleep. But seems like I do feel the need to frown when I felt an empty space beside me. Asan kaya siya?

I hopped off the bed and did my morning routine. Baka nasa baba na siya. I brushed my white pearly teeth, washed my pretty face, Yes I am confident of my face, and grabbed the black towel beside the sink that was hanging on the rack.

After my routine, I decided to leave the room and go downstairs. Habang pababa, may naririnig akong mga tawa at sigaw galing sa baba. Yeah, they're awake.

They were laughing out loud that echoes around the pit house we were staying in. Pagkababa ko, nakita ko ang salarin ng ingay.

It was Jho and Jasmine playing on the couch. Jasmine was laying down on the sofa while stopping her Mommy Jho to tickle her tummy. I even saw a tear about to escaped on Jasmine's right eye because of laughing. Hayy, what a view to start my morning.

Jasmine: “M-mama HAHHAHA h-help! P-HAHAH please help me!” She said between her laughs that made me shook my head while also laughing about the scene.

Seems like her Mommy Jho doesn't know how to stop. She's just laughing out loud like Jasmine. I'm glad they're enjoying.

Jasmine: “M-mommy HAHAHAH Mommy Jho! Stop n-na HAHHAHA po! Mama, help me!”

Jhoanna: “Say what?! I didn't hear you, baby. You just keep on laughing! HAHAHAH”

Jho only stopped tickling her when tears of laughter streamed down her cheeks. She wiped off her tears of laughter and kissed Jasmine's forehead before hugging the child.

Jhoanna: "I love you baby Ja!" she said, playfully teasing the child who was breathless from laughing so hard. No wonder the child's face turned so red from laughing.

After a few seconds, Jasmine's breathing returned to normal, and the redness in her face disappeared.

Jasmine: “Mommy, can you please not do that again po? I have a strong kiliti po there eh!” Kunwaring inis na sambit nito ngunit tinawanan lang siya ni Jho. Smiling suits her, and she looks the prettiest when she's laughing.

Jasmine: “Good morning, Mama!” Kumalas naman ito sa pagkakayakap sa kanyang Mommy Jho at dumeretso sa pwesto ko then kissed me on the cheeks.

“Good morning too, Baby Jaja! You're so hyper early in the morning ah!” I also gave her a peck on her forehead.

Then I walked straight to where Jho was and was about to give her a kiss on her left cheek when she suddenly turned towards me. In the end, I kissed her on the lips. It was just a quick peck, but it already had a strong effect on me.

Of course, I always crave more. I won't settle for something quick, I need to satisfy myself. So I pulled her towards me by her neck and pressed my lips against hers.

She was stunned by my sudden move. She didn't respond at first because of shock, but she didn't even stop me from doing it. From there, it is an approval from her that I can continue to savour the moment.

I can kiss her lips forever. Kung trabaho lang ang paghalik, mas pipiliin kong mag-overtime.

The kiss that drives me into unknown burning feeling. The kiss that makes my heart flutter. The kiss that sent me into a poetic bliss. The kiss that sent me into cloud nine. The kiss that is unhesistant to bestowed upon me.
