Chapter 51 - Touch down

Colet's POV: 

I'm not sure how far we traveled, it was like 17 to 19 hours of flight, but all I can tell is it was exhausting. Good thing, we arrived at our destination safely.

We're staying in a beautiful and elegant hotel. Even at this point, my shock and amazement have left me speechless. I was especially excited when I found out we were going to Switzerland.

Yes folks, I am in Switzerland with Jhoanna. Zürich, Switzerland.

My eyes almost watered in surprise when I found out we were going to Switzerland. I was completely captivated by the beauty of the Swiss Alps the moment I stepped out of Jhoanna's private plane.

Flashback...

“Oh my Gosh! That's the beautiful Swiss Alps!” I excitedly spoke to her while pointing at the beautiful mountain. I can hardly believe we're going to Switzerland.

Jhoanna: “Yeah. It is beautiful.” That's all she said, while I wanted to run, scream, and jump because I was in a beautiful place I never thought I'd be able to visit.

As we waited for the plane to land, I was almost impatient with excitement. I'm just overjoyed and thrilled. 

I never imagined I'd be in Switzerland in my entire life. It's completely unbelievable and surreal. 

I was so excited when the plane landed that I immediately stood up and exited the plane.

I didn't get off the plane right away after opening the door and seeing the location. Instead, I pulled Jhoanna close and kissed her on the lips.

She was taken aback and did not immediately respond. Instead, her eyes widened. But I quickly let go of her lips.

Jhoanna: “Ang harot, Nicolette! Hindi ka pa nga nakakaapak man lang sa lupa ng Switzerland eh! Baka naman gusto mong bumaba muna?!” She shooked her head in disbelief, held back her laughter while staring at me.

“I'm just overjoyed and overwhelmed. I couldn't believe I am here. I mean, I've never thought about going to Switzerland because I don't have the money. It's simply incredible.” I explained.

Jhoanna: “Mamaya ka na magkulit dyan, we need to head on to the hotel pa.” She cut my excitement short by grabbing my hand and walking downstairs. Her bodyguards followed us and carried our suitcases.

As soon as we exited the airport, a car was waiting to take us to the hotel where we were staying.

“Babu, Have you ever visited this country before?” I asked her while in the car.

Jhoanna: “It's also my first time here, just like you.” 

“This place is as beautiful as what I read in the book.” I explained to her while admiring the beautiful scenery outside. Because everything you see here is both beautiful and clean.

Jhoanna: “Huwag ka ngang masyadong magalaw, Nicolette! Mamaya kumirot ang dibdib mo niyan sa sobrang ligalig mo. Baka nakakalimutan mo, hindi pa magaling 'yang tahi mo sa dibdib.”  She scolded me. I just can't control myself because of excitement.

“I am fine, Babu. You don't have to worry.” I assured her while showing my widest smile.

Jhoanna: “Dapat pala pinatahi na rin natin kay Doc 'yang bibig mo para manahimik ka na habang buhay.”
