One night isn't even over and the footage i have is insane, so let's recap.
It was about halfway through the night, pre-Reece and Parker, when I clutched my camera as I camped out outside the door of the room I knew someone was hooking up in, though I didn't know whom.
That's when Marlowe walked out, but she didn't see me. I nearly turned off my camera, assuming it would be anticlimactic to put her and Gabe in the documentary. How is that an interesting revelation? It's not.
But no, I was luckier than that. Clay walked out a minute later, and he did see me, hence our interaction with the lollipop.
I took it to Scarlett because I wasn't going to do anything with it before showing it to her.
"You'll never believe what I found," I said, turning the camera around and pressing play.
Her mouth hung wide open. "This is terrible," she said, looking increasingly frantic. "We can't tell him."
"Shouldn't he know?"
"This will blow everything up!" she exclaimed, "I don't want to ruin the trip for him."
"Okay," I shrugged, "I won't say anything."
Although that was the most interesting thing of the night that I captured, there were others. I got a little bit of Josh and Emma's fight on camera, which was clearly over Scarlett, so that was interesting.
"Am I just a rebound to you?" she yelled. My camera's point of view was shaky with anticipation.
"Of course not!" he reassured, taking her hands in his but she swatted him away. "Don't touch me," she spat, "don't lie to me."
"I promise, Em."
"I don't believe you. You should've seen the way Scarlett was crying! And you cheated on her, too! How do you sleep at night?"
This was good. I tried not to laugh.
"I'm done with you," she said decisively, "I'm leaving." She ran upstairs to get her stuff, and I shut the camera off. Perfect.
If that's the second best thing I captured last night, this next thing must be tied for first. Again, Clay is our main character.
He snuck Ava in. Yeah, I know, I thought he was by far done with her, but I guess not!
I actually filmed her entrance as she tiptoed upstairs to put her bag down, likely in Izzy's room. It looked straight out of a movie, especially with my skilled camerawork.
Maybe a double date between Clay and Ava and Izzy and Noah would be just the thing to fix their broken brotherhood. Plus that'd make good content. I'll have to make it happen.
I also caught some things I wasn't really interested in, like Charlie and Corey making out in the corner or Brandon spoon feeding Rachelle ice cream, but I might put them in anyways to make them cringe and question their actions.
This is just the first night, and I have big bombs to drop on the house come the final day. I feel all-knowing and subsequently evil. But this sure is fun.
