Clay

"Clay! C'mere, babe!" Ava shouted, running over to me.

Ah shit.

I tried to sink back into the crowd, but Ava is a fighter.

She pushed and shoved until she fell into my arms.

"I've been meaning to speak to you! I tried to get a hold of you, but I guess you didn't get my calls!" She exclaimed, standing up.

"No, I got them."

"Oh, hmm. Anyways! I know you've probably missed me-,"

"I haven't, Ava."

"You're so silly, Clay! Like I was saying, because I know  you've been missing me, I decided to forgive you!"

I scoffed. "Forgive me? I didn't do shit. And if I did, I would beg for you to never forgive me."

She laughed, raising her voice a bit. "You and I are meant to be Clay Romano. Don't you love me?"

People began stopping their own conversations to observe ours. The room got quieter and quieter.

"I never loved you. You're psychotic."

"I'm psychotic? How about that Ella girl? She just wanted to use me to get to Zach!"

"Use YOU? You took advantage of Zach, Ava!"

She looked around at everyone's wide eyes, but shook it off.

She dragged her finger down my chest. "Come on, Clay. What we had was great."

She leaned into my ear, speaking seductively. "Our sex was even better, no?"

I was a bit stunned for a moment, but eventually gained my ground. I removed her finger.

"Ava, get away from me."

"Clay, I said I love-,"

"Get away, Ava."

She didn't budge, so I stormed off, ignoring all my friends questions.

Reece

"I'll catch up with you," I flirted, leaning down into this girl's ear. She blushed and ran off, leaving me in the kitchen.

"Three in one night," Ella remarked, "you're quite the player, Reece Romano."

I whipped my head in the direction her voice came from, rolling my eyes.

"I recall you doing four, no? Or was it five? I couldn't even keep track," I shot back, smirking.

She scoffed. "Oh, please! You always do this shit."

"How about what I do is none of your concern?"

"You're hurting people's feelings, Reece," she mocked, batting her eyes innocently.

"It's nothing serious, Ella," I growled.

She placed her drink down on the counter before turning back to me.

"So you just fucked three different girls, but that isn't serious right?" She repeated, laughing with disbelief.

"They don't care, so why should you?" I challenged, picking up her drink and taking a sip.

She attempted to snatch it back, but I held it up. "Nuh-uh-uh! I think you've drank too much. You seem to have acquired the audacity to judge me."
