Not One But Two Wolves In Heat

3rd person's pov

Namjoon shifted in Hoseok's bed, tossing and turning as he felt unusually warm. Hoseok let out a groan, frustrated with him tossing and turning so much that he couldn't sleep properly. "Yah, Namjoon-ah, stop moving." Hoseok scolded, Namjoon let out a whimper causing Hoseok to open his eyes in alert. He squinted his eyes which were adjusting to darkness in the room and looked at the clock, he sighed when it read 2:40 A.M. Hoseok hated being woken up so early in the morning, he was not very much the type to get up early. Not like Jin. Namjoon let out another whimper causing Hoseok to shift in bed and look over at the wolf sleeping next to him, his eyebrows were scrunched in pain and Namjoon was sweating profusely. As Hoseok moved closer, he was hit with an earthy scent which he found himself just getting lost in. This sent alarm bells off in his head as he realized what was wrong, "Namjoon, are you starting your rut?" Hoseok whispered, Namjoon only whimpered in response. He lifted his hand up, placing the cool side of his hand on Namjoon's forehead to feel his temperature. "Shit." Hoseok threw the covers off of him, quickly scooting out of bed and putting on a shirt. When his hand touched Namjoon's forehead, he felt nothing but heat radiating off of the wolf. "I'll be right back, I'm going to get the heat suppressants." Hoseok quickly rushed out of his room and headed into the bathroom, looking in all the cabinets for the heat suppressants. In Jin's room, Jungkook had been woken up to the sounds of whimpering coming from beside him. His ears twitched as he sat up and rubbed the sleep from his eyes, a scent of freshly baked cookies hit his nose and made his mouth water. He sniffed the air, wondering where it was coming from and pointed his nose at Jin. His eyes widened as he saw sweat dripping from Jin's forehead, instinctively becoming wary of him. He knew that Jin was starting his heat, his ear twitched when he heard movement in the downstairs bathroom and quickly threw the covers off. He headed out of the room, following the sound of someone who was rummaging through the bathroom upstairs.

"Hyung!" Hoseok stopped rummaging through the cabinets and looked over his shoulder, he was surprised to see that Jungkook was standing in the doorway.

"Kook, what are you doing out of bed this late?" He sniffed the air around Jungkook, noting the strong and mouthwatering scent coming from him. He also noticed how panicked the bunny hybrid looked, "It's Jin hyung.. I think he's starting his rut. Why are you in here?"

"What?! Jin hyung too?! This is not good." Hoseok panicked.

"What's wrong, hyung? What do you mean him too? Is someone else in Rut?"

"Namjoon, he started whimpering and couldn't stop tossing and turning. He's burning up."

"Oh this is bad... With both of them in heat.. How will-" Jungkook was cut off when they heard a loud howl come from Hoseok's room, "Shit! Shit. Kook, do you know where Jae keeps the heat suppressants?" Jungkook nodded and walked into the bathroom, pulling the cabinet open and grabbed the bottle. He handed it to Hoseok, who smiled at him out of gratefulness. That smile faded however when they heard another howl, which was this time followed by a scream.

Upstairs, Namjoon had given into his wolf mindset and snuck out of Hoseok's room and went in search of Jae. All he wanted in this moment was to hold his mate, to make her feel good. He was to clouded by his lust and rut that he didn't realize the trouble this was going to cause. Jae had been sleeping in her room, Jimin sleeping with her in his cat form. When Namjoon got to the room, Jimin immediately had woken up from his slumber atop Jae's pillow and started hissing at the door. This woke Jae up from her sleep, "Jimin, what's wrong?" Jimin didn't answer and instead climbed down from her pillow and kept hissing at the door, when it was thrown open by Namjoon. The wolf seeking out his mate let out a loud howl, startling Jae to the point that she screamed since she didn't see that it was Namjoon. It was simply too dark and she was still wary from her sleep. Across the hall, Yoongi and Taehyung were awakened by Jae's terrified scream as they heard a howl from outside the door. "Hyung?" Taehyung looked to Yoongi, who looked somewhat pissed and on high alert. Without saying a word, Yoongi slid out of bed and padded over to the door. Taehyung followed suit, getting out of bed and stood behind Yoongi. Yoongi immediately opened the door, his ears twitching as he heard Jae's whimpers from across the hall and Jimin's hissing.

Downstairs, Han, Felix and Hyunjin had been woken up from their sleeping area in the game room. Felix quickly stumbled off the the chair he had been sleeping on, tripping over Hyunjin who was sleeping on the floor next to his chair. Han who slept across the room, immediately sprung out of bed upon hearing Jae's scream and threw on his sweatshirt. He ran out of the room, heading down the hall where he encountered Hoseok and Jungkook. "Hey, what's going on?" Hoseok and Jungkook looked over at Han, "Namjoon and Jin hyung are in rut."

"Why did Jae scream?"

"I think-"

They were cut off when they heard a loud crash from upstairs, Jae screaming as Jimin and Yoongi had both tackled Namjoon to the floor. Sensing his mate in trouble, Jin willed himself out of bed. He had wanted to stay well away from Jae, not wanting to give into his own instincts to mate with her. After all, he marked her just the day before. He didn't want to give into those immediate instincts, he didn't want to do what the others had done. But right now, he couldn't worry about that. He had to worry about the fact that Jae was in trouble, when he stepped into the hallway, he immediately smelled the scent of his brother. His eyes widened as he realized that Namjoon had been the one to howl and that he was in rut, he watched as Namjoon practically threw Yoongi into Taehyung. Sending both large cats back into Yoongi's room, while Jimin was still fighting him. Jimin kicked Namjoon in the stomach harshly, sending the wolf into the wall. Jungkook and the others rushed up the stairs to find Jimin trying to hold off Namjoon, Jungkook's eyes landing on Jin who was at the other end of the hallway.

"Oh no.." Han looked down the hall spotting Jin standing there, "Hyung, please. Don't do anything! Stay there!" Jungkook called, Yoongi who had just stumbled out of his room looked down the hall, his eyes turning to Jin. "Shit!"
Taehyung peeked out over Yoongi's shoulder, his nose twitching as he could smell Jin's scent. Both of them hit with the realization that both Jin and Namjoon were in rut, "Oh no.. No.. No.. This is so bad.. Jin hyung just marked Jae." Taehyung panicked, Jin's tail swung low and slowly as his eyes were locked on his brother's figure. "Jae!" Felix called, "I'm here!" Jae called back, sounding extremely panicked. She let out a panicked yelp as Jimin was thrown into the wall, Namjoon charging towards the door. In this moment, Jin snapped out of his daze.

"KIM NAMJOON!" Howled Jin.

Everyone froze in their spots, Namjoon coming to a complete halt. The wolf hybrid turned his head to the left, his eyes locking with his brother's. Namjoon straightened up, turning his body towards Jin and what followed next caught everyone off guard.
