The CEO of PDL Bank retired recently and his succesor, Isabel Beatriz Paras De leon took over starting this morning. She is the only daughter of Mr. Elmer De Leon and Det Paras De Leon, owners of PDL Bank. PDL bank is one of their businesses. Paras De Leon Industries is a conglomerate. They're into insurance, hospitals, construction, areal estate to name a few. The young De Leon is a graduate at the Ateneo De Manila university and a certified public accountant. Will she bring the bank to it's new heights or not, is a big question for now. On the other hand, Mackerel Industries...........

Pinanood ni Jho ang news. First day nagyon ni Bea as CEO sa PDL Bank. Pinatay na nya ang tv at kinuha ang bag. Bumaba sya sa parking area at sumakay sa kotse nya papunta sa office.

Samantala, may meeting agad si Bea. Board meeting. May lunch at dinner meeting din sya. After lunch ay mag iikot sila sa head office para ma meet in person ang bawat empleyado na bangko. Personal request nya yon.

Ten o clock na sya nakarating sa condo. Pagpasok ay hinubad agad ang sapatos at nahiga ito diretso sa sofa. Pagod na pagod sya sa kabi kabilang meetings. Nag type sya ng message,

Hi, kakarating ko lang sa condo. Hectic ang sched ko today. I love you, baby.

Nilagay nya sa table ang cellphone. Ipinikit nya muna ang mga mata, habang naghihintay ng reply ni Jho. Hanggang sa makatulog na si Bea.

Umaga na sya nagising. Dahan dahan itong bumangon at kinuha ang cellphone. Six a.m. na. May message si Jho,

Hello, baby. Wawa ka naman. Magpahinga ka na. Wag mo ko kalimutan, hehehe.

Ten thirty sya nag reply.

To : Jho

Good morning, baby. Nakatulog ako kagabi, sorry. Wake up ka na. I love you.

Naligo na si Bea at nagbihis. Kumain ng oatmeal at umalis na papunta sa office. Hectic pa rin schedule nya. Sunod sunod na meeting. May dinner meeting na naman sya. Sa saturday ay may business meeting sya, sa golf course. Mahilig kasi mag golf ang investor na ito. Si Mr. Benedict Gotoco. Baka makasama pa ang anak daw nito na si Gerald.

Liason officer : Ma'am Bea, This is Benedict Gotoco, CEO ng Gotoco Industries. Mr. Gotoco, this is Bea De Leon.

Bea : Please to meet you, sir.

Benedict : Please to meet you, too Bea. Ben na lang Bea.

Bea : Okey, Ben.

Benedict : Common, let's play golf. Don't worry I made already a decision. I'll invest, okey.

Masaya nitong sabi. Di nag expect si Bea na ganito kadali mag invest si Mr. Gotoco sa bangko nila. Loans to be offered by PDL and the investment of Mr. Gotoco, will be the source of the fund. They will lend it to small medium enterprise or SME.

Bea : Congrats, Ben.

Ged : Congrats, dad.

Kumain sila sa clubhouse at nagkwentuhan pa. Madaming nakakatawang anecdotes si Benedict kaya tawa ng tawa si Bea.

Benedict : We have little gathering next Sunday. Please be there. I'll appreciate it if you could come. Ged will give you the details of the party.

Bea : Of course, Ben. Count me in.

Ged : May I have your number, Bea. For the details.

Bea : Sure.

Ged give his cellphone to Bea. Bea type her number on Ged's cellphone.

Ben/Ged : Go ahead, Bea.

Umalis na si Bea.

Ged : Thanks, dad.
