Fate Whispered to the warrior 'You cannot withstand the storm' and the warrior whispers back 'I am the storm'

Dawnya stepped off the boat, following the older women into the crowds. The quite pair slipping into the chaos of the island ran by pirates. Dawnya looked about the isle with interested never had she seen so many black flags before – nor the array of different people. Jaya, the island they were currently docked on was a strange island indeed.

The island made up from crooks, thieves and pirates. An array of people on the dark side sailing the seven seas, of those who sail under the line of legality.

Blue hues flickered to the ravenette, the older women walking a few paces in front of the other leading the way through to the crowded docks. She looked back toward the ship, eyes following Zoro, Luffy and Nami the trio walking in a different direction to get information on the sky island.

She froze a chill running down her spine.

Once again, a familiar presence on the wind – so very similar...

She glanced about, eyes scanning the crowds, before drifting up following the line of the roof tops. Sky hues zoning in a on a shadow. Brows furrowing on her usually blank face, as she took in the sight. Interesting. She hummed to herself the flaps of her mask fluttering at the sound.

"I have something to take care off" she stepped next to the women. Robin glanced to the swordswomen, "don't you want to buy some clothes?"

"I don't have the funds" she admitted softly.

"didn't Nami offer some?"

"Yes, and a large interest rate" Dawnya nodded; she hadn't understood what Nami had meant with the interest rate but the gloomy looks on the others facing told her what she needed to know. It wasn't a good thing; she'd rather not own anyone a debt she couldn't repay.

"You can borrow some from me" robin offered.

"I rather use the funds for other things" robin nodded understanding the hidden message, sending the teen a small smile "I shall find you after I finish picking up some things"

Dawnya nodded, vanishing into the crowds like air. Robin hummed in approvable at the girls vanishing act. Before turning to the clothing shop, time to get her and the quite swordswomen some clothes, she had plenty of money to burn from her pass boss.

"You shot at me" it wasn't a question but a statement as Dawnya stood behind the male figure.

The male was thin, sitting surprisingly calm with the rifle on his lap as he looked out towards the crowds below. He wore a light lilac shirt, a black cape dapped over his shoulders, tied together over his chest. He glanced towards the female with an uninterested look, allowing dawnya to see the light brown hair, strange pointy hat that reminded her of horns and a strange pair of glasses. One pane was the usually glass the other tinted blue with black lines drawn on the pane.

Dawnya glanced from the glasses to the rifle in his hands. The facts adding up.

"And you found me, how?"

The wind drifted pass the pair, her long black hair flowing over her shoulders. "You feel the same,"

"Interesting. Are you going to react revenge?"

"No, I see no point. I just wanted to know why?"

"Why not?" the male countered. "It was fate that we cross paths"

"Fate?" Dawnya tilted her head not fully understand.

"Fate that I shoot that bullet, yet your still here, I never miss yet it never hit you" the tin man stood, standing tall over the female. "Curious, how I never miss and yet here you are"

Dawnya shifted in her stance, looking over the male, though he stood tall – he shown no signs of aggressive, just passive curiously from what the swordswomen could tell.

"The world is full of curious things. Though I wouldn't let you be taken by fate" she responded, face blank as she looked up at the man.

"Fate is a tide, that pulls us along weather we want it or not"

"Look at this cutie!" a voice called from an alley to the left, down the side of the building pair was standing on. Other voices drifted upwards, cat calling and whistling.

"L-let go of me!"

"she's a beauty, we could get a fine amount for her"

"I saw her first you can have her after I'm done"

"You can't break the cargo, before the boss sees her."

Dawnya turned her head to the side, towards were the voices drifted from, a small ginnel way between the two building. The swordswomen doubted anyone would save her even if they heard... it was an island of crooks. "Maybe fate will let us see each other again"

"Maybe indeed" the male responded, head cocked with interest as he watched. The pirate stepping towards the edge glancing down at the three pirates ganging up on the female. The shaking female was cornered. Back pressed against the wall with the other three pirates standing, leering at the women – swords and guns raised.

Dawnya let out a breath, the panels on her mask fluttered as she hues became dull.

People were cruel creatures of nature.

She stepped off the edge.

She crouched, between the men and cowering woman. The vile humans having to blink away the dust as the wind picked up bits of debris.

"Who the hell are you!" one of the men growled.

She glanced up, a hand resting on her nodachi – before releasing it from it sheath in a Singal slash.

She turned towards the women. "Get back safe" she muttered quickly. Watching at the fear ridden women, glanced from her bloodied sword to the fallen headless bodies behind her. Gratefulness and fear flashed across her features as the women turned and fled the alley.
