Fate Whispered to the warrior 'You cannot withstand the storm' and the warrior whispers back 'I am the storm'

It was a party, the crew and creatures of the nigh dancing around the giant fire that sent shadows twisting. Relaxation swept through the pirates, there plan was in place or at least part of a plan and now it was time for a party.

She sat on the roots, watching of some of the crew dance with the wolves. Eyes sparkling at warmth flooded her system. "Dawnya~" grinned Sanji, "come dance with us"

"Yeah, Dance! Dance!" Luffy and Usopp chanted behind the blonde.

"I don't know how" she admitted, with a slight shake of the head.

Sanji offered a hand, "Don't worry~ I shall teach you my lady~"

Fuelled by the warmth, she let herself be pulled to her feet by the blonde. The man sending her a flashing grin as he spins her around, "Just go with the flow, let your body move!"

Luffy, usopp cheering in the behind as she joined the group dancing around the fire. Sanji spins her again, hair flicking out, as the warmth grew – the feeling in her gut filling her up with emotions she was starting to get used to but couldn't name.

Sat on the outskirts, a hand griped dangerously tight on a glass bottom. The glass threatening to crack under the pressure the hand was giving. Sanji glanced over sending a smirk and raised brow in the direction of the swordman.

Zoro losses his hold on the bottom taking a swig of the liquid, "stupid curly brow" he muttered darkly under his breath as he watched the pair dance – his eyes watching the swing of her hips and sparkling clear blue hues as she was passed towards Luffy. The young captain letting out a joyous laugh as he swinging them in a violent circle almost hitting a drumming usopp (where the drum had come from, Zoro nor the rest of the crew had a clue)

He continued to watch as bare feet stamped against the mud trodden ground, the spin hips and twirl of hair, the why the light danced against the artwork inked into her skin as the fire began to die down. But not once he moved to join the dancing crew, to join her. He sat back eyes following her as he drank the bottle dry. Unable to keep his graze away.

One by one the crew crash in sleep – tried but from the day's advents and the upcoming battle. Dawnya watched the others sleep having refused to sleep in the tent with Nami and robin, to enclosed for her liking.

Instead, she chooses to keep watch over the crew while they slept – they didn't need it but she felt like helping keep the peace while in enemies' territory. She truly wanted to sleep high up in the tree but opted to stay closer to the ground.

Sat beside the burning embers of what was once a bonfire. The heat still high and a small trail of smoke rose upwards. Blue hues eye it curiously as she knelt before it a hand raised as she felt the familiar gut pulling sensation and a tiny wisp of wind swirled around the smoke – causing it to dance upwards, twisting like a snake moving though the undergrowth.

She continued to play – focusing on little pulled here and they making the smoke move on her wind. It was, beautiful.

She may not like how she got these cursed powers; the Phantom pains will forever scar and linger in her throat. But she will used whatever weapons at her disposal to keep her freedom and aid those that make the freedom worth it.

"You should sleep" a voice cut into the silence.

Dawnya glanced towards the green haired male; he was sat up straight hugging his three blades to his chest – eyes closed.

"I was keeping watch" she muttered shuttling backwards to sit beside the male. "I thought you were asleep"

"Don't worry about it, get some sleep we have a big day tomorrow" Zoro cracked open a lid, to stare at the swordswomen. "No one's going to come at us. No need to lose sleep over it"

She glanced towards him taking the sight of his face, the light from the embers drawing a shadow across his strong jaw line. She hummed in respond but made no agreement. Turning back to the embers she stared blankly. Letting her mind wander.

The dancing was fun, and the warmth had stay settle at her core. She could still feel it the warmth buzzing about. The joy of letting her body be free with the movements – she will have to do it again at some point. She felt her eye lids drupe as a wave of tiredness overcame her.

Zoro just watched her – drifting into her thoughts and the drupe of her posture. He unwrapped an arm from his blades and pulled her towards him.

"wha-" mumbled the Ravenette as her head connected with the warmth of Zoro's side.

"Just sleep"

Zoro muttered quietly holding her in place with his arm not that she was fighting his hold as slept finally claimed her. Zoro glanced down towards her fluttering lashes, to the mask covering her skin before looking up towards the tree covered sky.

Before letting out a sigh – he was in trouble, wasn't he?
