Fate Whispered to the warrior 'You cannot withstand the storm' and the warrior whispers back 'I am the storm'

She sat on the ship's rails waiting for the others to get ready to disembark on the next section of the groups journey, to yuba. The group had just landed their ship on the cost of Erumalu, a ghost town. She jumped off the boat, the sand dances about her bare feet as she readjusted the small bag on her shoulder – she could feel the wind slowly shifted pass her from the sea as she slowly surveyed the surrounding.

Blue hues taking in the destroyed sand cover city of green.

"ARF!" an animal called from the sea, she turned glancing towards the creature, the being a mixture of a turtle and seal. She couldn't help but stare at cute creature.

"That's a kung fu jugon!" Vivi exclaimed, "it's dangerous!" she added as an afterthought seeing the creature beat Usopp to the group. That was something to mention beforehand, wouldn't it?

Dawnya tilted her head; the cute creature was strong. Zoro stepped up beside her in his dessert traveling get up. "You let that thing beat you?" he questioned with disappointment.

"I don't think he let it beat him..." she added, the vents of her mask fluttering as she spoke. "Oh... look"

She pointed to Luffy fighting the creature, the green haired male humming in response.

"Luffy beat it seems"

"It shouldn't have been too hard..." zoro muttered blankly staring at the strange sea creature only for Vivi to become panicked – the princess continued to explained that the creature if losing were become the victor's student.

Dawnya stared at the captain on a pirate crew suddenly gain multiple apprentices somehow teaching them how to punch and get into a stance (she didn't know how seeing as the sea creatures had on legs...)

It took chopper translating and a bribe of food to stop the creatures coming onto land and subsequently dying in the heat of the sands.

The ravenette swordswomen walked in step with the taller green haired male – taking in the view of the dead sand covered city around them. Her eyes narrowed at the sight as she listened to the Vivi explained the situation and history surrounding the sea and the city of green about the dance powder that the king supposedly brought into the kingdom to produce rain.

She nodded along with Luffy and zoro as they explained it in more simpler terms.

"a mysterious powder..."

"...that make rains"

Blue hues grazed about the city. It didn't seem real that a place stuck as this would go from lust greens to a dead barren in just a few years. Though she didn't know much about the normal world – it seems to have gone too fast to be natural. Maybe crocodile had done more that they knew.

The anguished cries of Vivi brought her out of her stupor only for her attention to be snapped to rumble and crumble of ruins in the distance. As Luffy, Sanji and usopp let out their frustration on the building.

"Hey, let's get moving" declared Luffy, a determine look on his face.

Dawnya continued to walk along the sandy dunes of the dessert glancing occasionally at the others all whom seem to be struggling of varying degrees of the heat from the dessert and blistering sun. She stayed to the back of the group, not wanting to draw attention to the fact she wasn't affected by the heat.

A bonus of the cursed fruit it seemed.

She was content to play with the sand in-between her toes ignoring the fight that broke out by the front. She wasn't sure of the feeling overcoming her – but she wanted to move, to whirl as the sand dance about the group. She pushed down the thoughts while absentmindedly passing her bag to Luffy, the teen having lost a bet, she wasn't sure whether it was a good idea to let the boy carry all of their stuff but she didn't question it.
