The next few hours where a whirlwind of us trying to pack everything up. Including all the food we had just bought. We had decided to take it all over the the owners of the Air b n b as a thank you and hand them the keys early. They where very appreciative and congratulated us on our upcoming nuptials.

We barely spoke as we moved about the house making sure we had gotten everything but there where small gestures. Lingering touches as we moved around each-other or light kisses in passing. Just enough to show affection but not tease too much. Dre had questioned the urgency of us wanting the plane but Austin wouldn't disclose the reason, personally I thought it maybe to prevent Dre talking him out of this shotgun wedding. I could imagine I wasn't a great topic to discuss at the moment with the press frenzy and the fact he tried to pay me off. My mom had literally screamed down the phone with excitement when I called and had decided she needed to go dress shopping immediately. Rich and Jodie just said it was about time. They where always the ones that believed we where end game

The flight seemed to take forever and I couldn't relax. I was anxious. In a good way. I just wanted to get there and get married. Also very sexually frustrated being in such close proximity and not being able to touch him the way I was craving. I tried to sleep but the excitement was just bubbling up inside me. Of all of the times I had imagined us tying the knot, this was definitely not one of my scenarios. But I think this was the most perfect fit for us. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, just us and our parents. The most important people in my life. I'd become a missive planner in the past years, I needed to when my schedule was so busy. So this off the cuff decision was exhilarating but also scared the hell out of me. I had all sorts of things running through my head. We had no wedding rings, no flowers, no license. What did we even actually need? What where we even going to wear? I felt Austin's hand rest on my thigh giving it a squeeze. My stomach gave a little flip at the contact.

"What's happening in that head of yours?" He narrowed his eyes at me playfully

"What are you going wear?" I narrowed my eyes back at him

"No clue" he shrugged smiling "I'd marry you wearing sweats"

"I am not getting married in sweats" I said the last word like it was dirty "Do we need to get a licence?"

"I have no idea babe, I've never done this before" he chuckled

"You better not have! I think I'm going to see if I can get a dress, nothing too fancy. Ohhh I've got an amazing idea!!" I grin broadly at him, like a Cheshire Cat

"Oh no, go on" he braces himself for what is about to say

"We should have our wedding meal at olive garden!!'" I grip his hand that rests on my thigh "it's your favourite, it's homely and not too fancy"

"That actually sounds perfect" he kisses my cheek "and I can stuff my face with breadsticks"

"Okay, that's that sorted. Eeeekkk I'm so excited" I squeeze his hand extra tight making him laugh

"Dads going to pick me up from the airport with the bags and your mom and Jodie are picking you up. Let me know what I need to do and you go last minute dress shopping with the Moms. Maybe we should actually Google how to get a marriage license?"

As soon as we landed my Mom practically tackled me, hugging me so tight I was struggling to breathe. She seemed more excited than me. Jodie just slid her arm around my shoulder with a huge smile on her face "finally I will be able to call you my daughter in law. It's been a long time coming"

"So love birds, we have pulled a few strings and got you a marriage license and you can get married tomorrow. The judges kids are Post Malone fans so some free tickets may have to become available " Rich pulls Austin into a big bear hug.
