I ate too much today
I feel as if
I might explode
Eating more than once a day
Scares me
More than anything
I can't help
But look in the mirror
And think
'Wow you should stop eating
you'll get even fatter.'
I ate too much today
And my mind
Is ripping my self esteem apart
I feel uncomfortable
Guilty
And a failure.
