Her Last Words

If I wasn't at school tomorrow,

Would you notice,

Or continue on your day,

Saying how I'm fine,

Just having a bad day,

But you don't know,

The truth.

You find out when you get home,

Falling to your knees,

You begin to mourn,

Wishing there was something you could've done,

To save me,

But darling I'm afraid,

It was too late.

The grieving starts,

And so do the whispers,

"Freak," "Dead girl's best friend"

Taunting everyday,

By the same people that broke me,

Although they pretend to be sorry,

They really don't care,

All they care about,

Is finding a new victim.

I don't want you,

To end up,

The same way I did,

So I say this to you,

Please don't let them get to you,

It was my mistake for letting it control me,

I don't want you,

To go down the same path,

So stay strong,

I hope your life gets better,

So goodbye my friend,

Please don't make,

The same mistakes I made.
