Sometimes I wonder
How something that helps
Can be bad
But at the same time
I know it's terrible for me
And my health
But at the same time
I can't stop.
I'm addicted to the pain
I cause myself
Because it helps
Fights the demons in my mind
But at the same time
It only makes them stronger.
So what can I do
When I want to get better
When at the same time
I can't stop.
