Chapter 60: Moments that are worth living for

nakaupo si Raler sa ibabaw ng mommy niya, trying to wake her up. “Mommy!! Wake up!!” he said again this time kinakalog na ang mommy niya.
“I’ll wake up if you wake your dad up” Sarah said na antok na antok pa.
Raler did sat on top of his dad. “Daddy up! Up!” he yelled, to his ears but he doesn’t even care. “Up! Up!” he yelled again, but nothing, he didn’t even move, none of them. Kaya naman lumabas si Raler ng room banging the door. Not a minute after that, Gerald and Sarah heard the twins crying so much.
“ge! Sabihin mo kay Raler wag paiyakin yung mga bata” Sarah said groggily.
“Ikaw na” both went back to sleep, then they realize na pinapaiyak ni Raler yung twins, kaagad na tumayo ang dalawa at patakbo na lumabas ng kwarto. Only to find out na it was just Raler holding his phone. He turned it off , and the crying stopped.
“Did you?” Gerald didn’t even know how explain this.
“I know it’ll work!” he said happily. “Sabi na nga ba sila Teth at Rap lang ang gigising sa inyo!”
“What? How?” sarah asked
“I recorded them crying from the other day, when daddy made them cry so hard” he smiled at his mom.
“You did what?!! Kaya ba parang pagod na pagod yung twins nung isang araw pag-uwi ko?” tumingin si Sarah kay Gerald na halatang guilty.
“babe, hindi kasi.. kasi..”
“EH! Heraldo ha! Tigilan mo ko!” Gerald didn’t speak a thing.  Again under na naman siya ng asawa niya sa oras na to.
“are you two finish? “ Tanong ng bata, when sarah nod, and said for now, “So get ready!” Raler said, referring to their shoot later.
Natawa naman si Sarah sa anak, “is this for that? are you excited huh baby?” she asked him. Like his father you can see if he is guilty or not. “Baby mamaya pa yong afternoon it’s only 10 in the morning.”
“But when you have work, you always wake up hours before that right?”
“Yes”
“So why not now?”
“Baby, it’s Saturday, you don’t have school, so hindi ako gumising ng maaga.” She explained. Nakita niya yung malungkot na itsura ni Raler, Kaya imbis na pasamain niya yung loob ng anak niya, “Okay baby, punta ka na sa kusina, maya maya kain na tayo okay? then after that we will watch TV and then get ready.” She said smiling, naging masaya naman kaagad si Raler sa sinabin niya.
Nang makaalis na si Raler, Gerald held his wife by the waist “napakabait mo talaga” he said sweetly. Sarah looked at him, “Hoy! May kasalanan ka pa!” nilakihan ni Gerald ang mga mata niya “Teka si Raler nag-iintay sa baba walang kasama!” he walked fast that he almost run away from his wife.
“Hay nako ang mag-ama ko talaga!” she just whisper to herself.

On their shoot, Raler really made everyone laugh. From the director to the make-up artist, he really does know how to mingle with people. “Nakakatuwa itong anak mo, kahit puro English eh, may sense of humor naman talaga” Sabi ni Boss Vic sa kanya. Syempre nakakatuwa ito para kay Sarah.
When it’s time to take their pictures, he ran towards the director, and ask what he should do. Lagi kasing nakikita ito ni Raler everytime na nasama siya sa parents niya, lagi silang nagtatanong kung ano ang idea ng director.
“Raler, I need you to just have fun okay? and do what I say” he said happily.
“Okay” he went to the ”stage” and signal his mother na start na.
“Parang baligtad ata po no? yung bata pa yung nagtawag sa akin” biro ni Sarah, that made everyone laughed.
“Naglalaro” sigaw ng director.
“What?” raler asked
“Baby gagawin mo kung ano ang sabihin ni Direc, like he said naglalaro. We should do a pose that shows na we’re having fun playing”
“Okay” he said, they posed like playing, but the director thinks there is something that is not there. So he just said to raler to play, as he fix the camera.

Kinulit ni Raler ang mommy niya, na tuwang tuwa naman sa anak niya. Paikot-ikot si Raler ng takbo sa mommy niya, kaya naman Sarah stopped him by paghigit sa kanya letting him sit on her lap. “Ano hilo na baby ko?” she ask.
“A little” Raler said, hugging her mommy. Sarah kissed him in the forehead, then touched his hair. “Yan pawis na pawis ka na tuloy. Stand ka nga muna baby, punasan natin yang pawis mo”  She called Ate Anna, asking her to give her a towel.
When the director said na okay na, na tapos na yung playing, caring and loving shots. “What?! Finished na po?!” raler asked, because he knows na wala pa naman talaga silang ginagawa “Yes Raler. Do you want to see?” Raler run by the screen to look at the pictures. Sarah followed him.
They have 3 pictures, the one that Sarah enjoys watching her son running around, 2nd is the one where she kissed him on the forehead, then third is when he wipe his sweat.
“Wow! It’s beautiful!” Raler said “Right mommy?”
“Yes baby. Maganda” Sarah said holding her son by the shoulders.
“Can you take our picture again?” Raler said to the photographer. “I want too do more poses pa po” he said happily.
“Sure thing Raler! Let take picture first without mommy then later pwede ko na kayo kunan ni mommy mo ha” Raler immediately agreed and for the next 2-3 hours the pictorial continue and Raler is really happy to experience what his parents do- modeling.
