Me and Blake walk hand in hand to find Sophia sitting on the couch. "Hello lover."
WHAT THE HÉCK?!!
"Sophia, what are you doing here?" seryosong tanong ni Blake sa kaniya.
"Blake! I came as soon as I heard you were hurt. I've been going out of my mind waiting for you. Where were you?" tanong nito at humarang naman si Blake sa harapan ko.
"OUT!" sigaw ni Blake dito.
"Well, don't worry, I know exactly who did this to you!" sabi pa nito at parehong kumunot ang noo namin ni Blake.
"Okay..who?!" seryoso pa ding sabi nito.
"I think we both know." Blake raises a brow, and Sophia steps forward with hope in her eyes. How does she know who did this to us?!
"You'd better not be playing games with me, Sophia."
"No! I swear. Look, let's go somewhere more...private." sabi niya saka tumingin sa akin. Bakit ganiyan siya makatingin sa akin?!
"Private?!"
"Just the two of us." mahinang sabi nito na may ngiti sa mga labi. Hinintay ko si Blake na paalisin nalang to pero. "Fine."
Huh?!!
"Pero siguraduhin mo lang na hindi ka nanloloko dahil alam mo mangyayare sa'yo." sabi ni Blake dito.
"Oh, of course, Blake, I can assure you it is.." she bites her lips, and I feel my anger rising. Blake barely waves goodbye before she drags him outside.
I take a deep breath and massage my temple, but the longer I stand, the more impatient I become. Hindi ako mapakali kung paano nito titigan kanina si Blake, argh!
I can't do this. I can't just stand here while Sophia's doing whatever it is she's doing?! Kailangan kong sumunod sa kanila.
Pero agad akong natigilan saka napailing. "Ugh. I can't. I need to trust Blake, yes I need to trust him.."
A few moments later, sounds of arguing and crying filter through. 'What is going on?!'
Frustrated and concerned, I attempt to peer out the window, but it's no use. Then, I hear footsteps, pero hindi si Blake 'yon.
Huh?!
Sophia burst through the door, leaning over to grab her bag before straightening her clothes and back facing on me. "What are you looking at?!"
She moves closer and her long talon-like fingernails pointing at me. "This isn't over, you know. And next time, you won't be so lucky!" sigaw niya sa akin kaya tiningnan ko din siya ng masama. "Don't understimate me, Sophia."
"Mark my words, rat!" sabi pa nito saka binangga ako bago umalis.
Dumating naman si Blake. "What is going on? Fúck, did she hurt you?!" pasigaw niyang tanong saka tumingin kay Sophia na palabas ng living room, agad ko naman siyang pinigilan ng susundan sana nito si Sophia.
"Ayos lang, hindi niya ako sinaktan, ikaw? Ayos ka lang ba?" tanong ko at natahimik siya.
"Hey, gusto mo bang pagusapan natin?" tanong ko at sumeryoso ito. "Not particulary."
"Blake, what happened?" tanong ko.
"Sophia made some accusations. Baseless accusations. There's not much else to say." sabi nito.
"Paano ka naman nakakasigurong walang besahan ang mga sinabi nito?" tanong ko.
Sumandal naman si Blake sa dingding, habang nakacross ang mga braso nito, habang nakatitig lang ang mata niya sa akin.
