Can sat in his office ten minutes later, staring blankly ahead of him, his mind jumping between the present and the past. Back to when he first encountered Fabri.

Chewing on the inside of his lips behind his finger, Can blinks, his eyes narrowing. I hated you then, I fucking hate you now.

There's a quick knock on the door and Sanem comes in, closing it again behind her.

He just slides his eyes to her T-shirt and away again.

"Mr Can, I know you're angry, but..."

Can stands up, slamming his stones on the desk. "What gives you the right to speak on my behalf and talk to clients behind my back?"

"I didn't do that. I was trying to save the agency."

"Who asked you to save the agency? And without asking me first? Who said you could just go ahead?"

"You won't even look at me."

"No one was interested in our shares so you went and convinced Fabri?" he hisses in disgust.

"Yes."

"I bet it was really hard to convince him, too." He clicks his tongue and sits back down, shaking his head.

Sanem blinks. I'm sorry? What did he just say to me? She steps towards the desk, her eyes narrowing. "Mr Can, you can be as angry with me as you want, but there's no need to be offensive." He doesn't react. "I'm trying to explain everything to you but you're refusing to look at me ir listen. Again."

"Explain everything?" Can snaps his eyes to hers. "As usual, you're too late Sanem." He points at the envelope. "Is that what this is, by the way?" He picks it up and waves it. "Is this everything you didn't tell me?"

"Yes," she nods, hoping he would finally read it. Read and understand.

"Right." Can nods and then starts ripping it up. Sanem takes a step back, staring at the pieces in his hands. "That's what everything is worth to me. Whether I read it or not, your actions tell me all I need to know, Sanem." She closes her eyes for a second, her heart clenching. "What did really you offer Fabri? Hm? How did you convince him to do this?" He sits back, waiting.

"He told you already."

"Ah, the perfume. And is it your personal perfume or a new one?"

She crosses her arms. "Whether I give him my personal perfume or a new one, it doesn't concern you."

Is that what you think? Can's eyebrows lift and he scoffs. "It doesn't concern me?" He asks and when she purses her lips and turns her head away, he nods and gets up, walking past her. "Deren!" he yells out through the closed door right behind her.

Sanem closes her eyes, startled by his raised voice right next to her and then groans. Oh great... She rolls her eyes and sighs. What now?

"Yes Can?" Deren comes in, looking from Can to Sanem in confusion.
Both looked worked up and tense. She in the back, and he right in the front, his face set in a dangerously furious scowl.

"Call Fabri," Can says and then turns around to look at Sanem. "Tell him our contract with him has been terminated."

My God, he's completely lost it! Sanem's mouth pops open in shock and he pushes past her to get back to his chair.

"I'm sor - I'm sorry, what?" Deren blinks. "Can, nobody wants or needs our shares, we're on the brink of declaring bankruptcy. Why would we do that?" Deren rambles off quickly as she hurries further into the office.
