"It's been the same thing over and over since this morning!" Emre snaps as he switches on the bedroom light. He'd left and come back again but Aylin was still on him about Leyla, saying she told him so. "I'm leaving." He opens the closet door and starts taking out clothes.

Aylin hurries in after him. "Emre, don't do this, please. You're acting like a spoiled child now. We can solve this some other way. We just need to sit down and talk. That always works for - "

"What are we going to talk about Aylin?!" He spins on her and she takes a step back. He's never been violent but she was used to being the aggressive one. "Our lies?! What we've been up to behind my brother's back?! What?!"

"Alright, calm down," she says quickly and he goes on packing with a scoff. "But really, it's not as bad as you're making it. A couple of flesh wounds maybe but we can get through this. We just have to do it together."

I've been telling you that from the beginning but you kept scheming behind my back and only told me after. I'm sick and tired of it... Even made me drag Leyla into this bullshit... She's as innocent as Sanem was when we made her lie too... He pauses. Jesus, who am I?! He turns to her at this thought and shakes his head. "You don't know anything about doing something 'together' Aylin. You need to have actual feelings for that." She opens her mouth to speak and he holds up his hands. "I'm done. It's over. And this time I'm not coming back to you, I can guarantee it."

"Emre," Aylin reaches for him and he turns away, zipping his bag up and grabbing it.

"Move."

"Emre?" Aylin stares at him in shock.

Emre pushes past her roughly and storms down the hallway to get to the front door.

"Emre, wait," Aylin runs after him once again, grabbing his arm. "Wait, please - "

"Let me go," he growls.

"Give me another chance. Please? Give us another chance." She puts her arms around his neck and he steps back out of them.

"Aylin it's over. There is no us," Emre says with his hand on the door handle. "There never has been. There's just you and then there's me." She frowns at his words, her chest moving up and down quickly, "And I am over your toxic ass." He pulls open the door and turns to walk out.

"Emre - " Aylin stops, having run into his back as he had stopped dead in his tracks right outside when another voice bellows, "Emre!"

-

Can pulls up behind Emre's car in front of Aylin's house, his eyes barely seeing anything but the vision of choking his brother.

He'd spent a good couple of hours just driving in circles - brooding over the contract, over what Sanem had said and had tried to say when she told him about the file, to what Leyla had told him in his office.

He already felt like an idiot for blindly trusting Emre after the bribe story came out - but this was worse.
He finally came to the conclusion that his brother has somehow become so corrupt and rotten that he no longer cared about who he hurt or used. The fact that he dragged Sanem into his schemes and that Can knew what happened now - pissed him off even more. He could work on forgiving Sanem, but Emre, never.

"Emre!" he yells after getting out of his car and slamming the door.

Emre was frozen where he stood as Can walked over, the contract raised in his fist.

"What is this?!" He demands and grabs Emre, pushing him up hard against the side of the house. "This says you've been working with Aylin! What the fuck is this?! Talk!"
