Emre frowns as he drives down the road. He was worried. And terrified.
The contract was gone and he had no idea where it could be. All he knew was that he needed to find it.A thought pops into his head midway and he dials Aylin on the handsfree, speeding up.
"Yes Emre?"
"Aylin, are you busy playing games again?"
"What are you talking about?"
"Aylin, this isn't a joke, tell the truth! Did you take the damn contract back while I was out to mess with me?!"
"Emre, I am telling you the truth! I gave you the contract and left. Why? What happened?"
"Then who the fuck took it?!" he hisses under his breath and hits the wheel with his palm, glaring out at the road.
"What do you mean who took it? And will you calm down, because you sound like you're driving. Are you okay? Do you want to come over?"
"This is all because of you! You came to threaten me with it and now it's gone! I need to find this thing because you can't stand not toying with me!"
"Emre, come over, okay? I will help you find a solution to this. Please, just calm down. It's very dangerous driving when you're angry."
Just shut the hell up! Emre ends the call with a growl and shakes his head, stepping on the gas more.

"This is it." Sanem puts the contract down openly on the table in Ayhan's backyard. She'd called as soon as she and Muzaffer left and said she had something to show them and it was serious. She had spent the better part of the last half hour telling them what happened.
Both blink at the papers and then read it as she stands behind them, knowing every word by heart at this point.
"Phew," Osman breathes out a whistle. Ayhan's eyes are just as wide staring at it. "So Aylin and Emre are partners?"
"Sanem, what kind of plot have you fallen into?"
"He said Can was bad news and that he wanted to harm the agency, but he's been the actual villian in this story this whole time. He partnered with Aylin. His entire endgame was to make the agency go bankrupt under his brother's leadership, so he can take over himself," Sanem scoffs and shakes her head angrily.
Osman stands up and points at the contract. "Does Can know about this partnership?"
"No," Sanem walks round to the other side of the table and crosses her arms. "Not yet. But he will."
"How?" Ayhan asks.
"I'm going to tell him."
"But you said that you don't speak? That he doesn't even look at you? How are you going to tell him?"
"I don't know, but he has the right to know." Sanem squares her shoulders. "I won't let Emre do anything behind Can's back anymore. And neither will I."
Ayhan nods, looking at the signed names again.
"They're partners, Emre and Aylin. He is trying to destroy his own brother, and I can't let that play out!" Sanem looks at the contract too and then shrugs. "Yes, he may have torn up my letter without reading it but, I will tell him everything. He needs to know the truth."
"You said he loves his brother," Osman frowns, crossing his own arms, "that he would be devastated if he found out, right? If Emre is this bad, maybe Can will forgive you if he knows? You didn't know about Emre's true intentions, so he can't still hate you after that. Emre took advantage of you, he has to see that, at least?"
