Gathered on the camping terrain that morning, Can was glad to see that everyone showed up bright and early.

"The purpose of this exercise," he says as he paces in front of them, some busy unloading while they listened, "is to come up with fresh ideas associated with Compass Sport as a brand. I want us to work on them together and develop as we go. I believe that in doing this out here, we'll be open to some good energy."

They all nod excitedly, standing around in various spots.

"Also, the person with the best slogan for the campaign, will be working on the project with me and as a bonus, will get a gift."

Clapping and even more eager murmuring ensue around the circle.

Sanem stares at him next to Deren, and hooks her thumbs in her backpack straps. "Work together..." she whispers and smiles, sighing.

Deren turns to her and lifts a brow in question.

"It would be a good chance to learn, is what I mean...If I could win that... I'm an intern so it would be a big opportunity for me."

"I agree that it would be, but with your attention span it might prove impossible at the end of the day, dear Sanem."

"You're right," Sanem nods just to placate Deren and then turns away. We'll see...

"I know, I'm always right." Deren shrugs before she walks off to the right and Sanem narrows her eyes.

They all help to unload the rest of the things that would be needed after Can is done and nods for them to continue - from camping gear, to boxes of sample equipment given to them by Compass Sport, and so on, with Sanem helping Dilara at the van.

Against a tree to the side, JJ has his notebook out and is staring intently at it while he writes down slogan ideas. "'She is strong...'" He mumbles and looks up to see if anyone was trying to spy on his work, only to pause and do a double take. Ayhan? Why is she getting out of that van?

Ayhan stops halfway out and yawns before she smiles, waving at him.

"Ayhan?" JJ gulps, his eyes widening, as he pushes off from the tree. "What are you doing here?" he whispers, then immediately turns and runs the other way.

Ayhan pouts and frowns, looking at him in confusion before she sighs and jogs after him to catch up.

Sanem, having watched them while unloading, chuckles and shakes her head before crossing her arms and turning to her right to squint against the sun, looking up into the trees.

"Sanem."

She turns her head and looks at Can, who was now coming up next to her where she stood near his car.

"I'm counting on you this weekend, okay? I know you can come up with a few good ideas if you just focus. I trust you enough to know that if you put your mind to it you can do anything."

Sanem lifts her shoulders. "I start what I finish, I always have..." I did put this whole weekend in your head...Can frowns and she blinks. "I mean," she clears her throat a little, "I will do my best. Start to finish."

"If you say so," Can smiles at her indifference.

Sanem nods and turns to go and help set up the camp with the others.

"By the way - " Can continues and she huffs under her breath but turns back. "If you have any questions, don't be too afraid to ask me okay?"

Me? Afraid? Bah! "Oh, thank you so much Mr Can, I won't need any help. I've done this before.
