Emre stood in the open back door watching the autumn rain fall with a cup of coffee, breathing in the smell of the water and sipping lazily. He felt relaxed and even though he was bored, he didn't mind it at all.
His phone's ringtone has him lowering his cup and sighing. Never a minute... He puts down the cup and takes his phone from his pocket.
Aylin calling...
All hope that it might be Leyla again or Can were immediately dashed.
"Yes, Aylin?"
"Emre, where the hell have you been? I've been calling since yesterday. Where are you? Why aren't you answering?"
"I couldn't. Why? What happened?"
"You need to go to the agency right now."
"What for?"
"There's a hidden camera that needs to be removed as soon as possible. If they find it, we're done for."
"A hidden camera?" Emre blinks and pushes off the side of the door. "Aylin, are you crazy? Please tell me you're kidding."
"No honey, I'm not kidding and I'm not crazy either," Aylin says with a dark chirp to her voice. "I planned it all out to the last detail, I even sold their project to another company."
"What? Why did you do that?! Is that what you're going to be doing from now on? Planting hidden cameras in the office of the agency that fired you and gather information to sell to other companies? Is that how you want to ruin the place?" He shakes his head. "You know what will happen if they find out that you did this? They'll lock you up, Aylin. You've lost your mind."
"No, my dear Emre, I'm perfectly sane but what did you want me to do after everything I've worked years for fell in the water? Hm? Sit idly by and cry? That's not who I am! I made a plan because we can't get into the agency any other way. And I was dumb enough to think you'd get mad and do something, but that never happened, so I had to make a decision. You keep moving away from me and I don't know how to stop it."
Emre scoffs silently. Pathetic. She's really something, isn't she? "What did you expect Aylin? I've had it with the trouble you've caused for me and my family. Enough." He grinds out. "Just in case you care, I made up with my brother, too," he says as he walks into the house, his leg complaining beneath him and he leans harder on the cane.
"Fine, Emre. Okay? I'm happy for you, whatever. But you have to go to the agency and remove that camera."
Emre sits down with a huff and sighs. "No, actually, I don't. I don't have to do anything you tell me. Do your own damn dirty work, Aylin."
Aylin laughs darkly on her side. "Oh, really? Are you sure you want to play like this Emre? If Mrs Huma ever finds out the real reason you and Can fought, you'll be left with no shares and you'll be sitting with your ass jobless for longer than a few weeks. You'll be all alone again, and this time I'm afraid it might be permanent. Or am I wrong?"
Emre breathes in and out through his nose, the urge to break his phone against the wall growing by the word. She had him by the balls, throwing his mistakes in his face, and he knew it. His brother might know the truth, but his parents could never find out. He was ashamed enough of what he's done already.

Sanem smiles, dancing in her seated position in the side of the couch in the middle of the office along to the music they had playing.
As soon as the meeting ended, a dance party broke out and no one's been focused on work or anything else since.
Can was near the back talking with Ceyda while Gamze mingled.
