Inspired by a funny thought at 1am, I present the greatest of (not) masterpieces.

From the gates of Hope's Peak Academy, six of its students left the campus together. Chatting with each other all the while, the campus security gave them no mind as they walked past them. These six students, three of each being from different classes, had agreed to go on a double date together.

"So anyway, that's when Veronika suddenly appeared right behind us, and it scared the shit out of Nico! I wasn't as affected by the movie she showed us though, so it was less startling to me," David retold, getting a round of laughter from the group.

"What, you weren't scared? Don't give me that," Teruko joked, though a quick silent look from the speaker made her shut up. Her small smug grin still remained though.

"Horror movies are quite fun. I would love to meet this Veronika someday; tell her that I can bring food, if she needs a bribe," Mikado offered. He looked over at Setsuka next. "I forget, do you like horror movies?"

"I do like them, but I'll definitely show up for the food!" Setsuka joked.

"You won't catch me going. A lot of horror movies get poor audience review scores anyway from not pulling off the scares right," Nikei scoffed.

"I'm pretty sure Veronika would disagree with you there. Be careful though, she can be...well, a little overenthusiastic about horror in general," Xander warned them, an awkward smile plastered on his face.

The group rounded a corner, finally noticing their destination. "Ooh, the Chuck E. Cheese is right there! Come on, let's hurry over!" Setsuka exclaimed, and the mood of the group lightened as they quickened their pace.

One jaywalk across the road later, they finally entered through the doors of the Chuck E. Cheese. The establishment was very large on the inside, and to their relief, it wasn't too crowded. Both children and adults were present inside, and the booths weren't all occupied. Xander's eyes were drawn to a set with a white bear and brown bear holding red hearts each, but his focus snapped back, when the line they were in moved.

After getting the backs of their hands stamped at the entrance, they walked further into the building and were led to a booth by a waitress. Setsuka, Mikado, and Nikei went onto one side of the table, while Xander, David, and Teruko went onto the other. The waitress was quick to take their order, and she quickly left them alone.

"She's a nice woman. I wish our teachers could be as patient as her," Mikado remarked.

"She's a service worker. She already deserves a medal for putting up with customers," Nikei sighed. "You're not wrong about the teachers though. Heh, they could learn a thing or two from her."

"Not just the teachers, but the Steering Committee too. They came to spectate classes, and they flew off the handle when I tried to leave the room! I even told them it was to pick up a prescription, and I nearly got suspended! It wasn't even my prescription!" Xander exclaimed.

"Yeah, because you got in a shouting match with them. I had to hold you back from punching them," Teruko chuckled.

"They deserved it!"

"Alright, settle down," Setsuka laughed. "There's still other people in the building, they don't all need to hear you."

Xander quieted down as his face reddened, and David patted his shoulder sympathetically. The hushed talk between the six continued until the waitress brought their pizza to the booth. After thanking her and watching her go, they turned their attention to each other.
