Super Cute! Ch. 45

Tsezguerra couldn't believe what he just saw! He'd be a fool if he didn't pass him. He was about to speak when he met Shoto's eyes, and he just walked away and through the door for passed participants. He knew he passed. Tsezguerra just sighed. That's four weird kids today, those three boys and an impressively strong little girl, and considering that Shoto knew the next boy in line, it was probably about to be five.

He was right. Kids these days are insane! The blonde kid, he now knows as Bakugou, walked up on stage like he owned it. "So you just need to see our nen right." He wasn't asking. "uhh. Yeah." He answered anyway. As soon as he said that, he watched as a menacing smile made it's way onto his face. He turned towards the rest of the line and gave them a wink. Not a flirty wink, but a 'I'm better then you' or 'watch this' wink, before turning back to Tsezguerra. "You AP or all out?" He had no idea what this kid was on about. "What's the difference?" Bakugou looked down, still smirking and growled out "Why don't you just decide and find out. Either way you won't be disappointed~" This kid was creepy! "w-well, then, I guess I'll choose AP" Bakugou lifted his head "Give me a target" he said, still adding a growl like rasp to his voice, scarring some of the others in line. "What?" "You heard me. Give me. A target." Tsezguerra started to scan the crowd to pick out one of the possible participants, but heard a warning from Bakugou, "You'd do better by picking something...well, something not so alive." This unnerved everyone Tsezguerra ran his eyes over. Tsezguerra just sighed "Alright, then your target is seat 36 H" Bakugou let out a low chuckle before aiming his hands (Obviously not using his gauntlets since a stupid seat wasn't worthy of their power). His hands started to  glow a low orange before firing a small and powerful, but precise shot, straight through the number plate of the seat.

"You pass." "No duh." Was all Katsuki said as he made his way through the door off stage right. Tsezguerra just rolled his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose. He was so done, "Next" He painstakingly said, not wanting to examine anyone else.

"Geez. What took you so long?" Katsuki heard Shoto say as he walked into the room. "Yeah yeah. That geezer out there just kept it going." Then he smirked a little "I may also been a bit of a headache." "So nothing out of the norm." Shoto deadpanned with a slow, unimpressed blink. Katsuki growled at him before going over to where he was sitting, uncrossed his legs, and sat right down without another word. Gon looked at the two, then to Killua who was sitting next to him, distracted. He moved slow and moved his hands into position. In one quick second Gon and grabbed Killua under his arms, picked him up, and pulled him onto his lap. Killua let out a surprised squeak. "You idiot! What do you think you're doing?!" Gon looked down a little sad before putting a bright smile on his face and looking back up at Killua "I just wanted to cuddle a little bit, we have no idea what the game is going to be like! Besides you're all nice and warm!" "Idiot!!" Killua repeated, blushing and red head to toe, but deciding  to distract himself with what he was doing before. They were glad they waited a bit before getting line. It was really boring and this process had been extremely slow and boring.

"Alright listen up!" Came the booming voice of Tsezguerra. He had woken up many of the dozing off or already asleep people in the room. "We are going to get you plugged into the game one at a time. We have already randomly selected an order in which it will happen. The first one will be Gon, so come and lets go get you set up." "Okay!" Gon hopped up, excited to finally be getting closer to finding his father. Thankfully Killua had anticipated that and slipped off his lap a few seconds before, giggling at Gon's excitement. They were all led to a room full of gaming consoles lined up on rows and rows of tables. After Tsezguerra was done explaining the specifics and conditions of the job, he led Gon to the next empty console. Once Gon was set up, he was sucked into the game. It was easy for anyone to tell that the other three he was with were worried about him. "Don't worry I'm sure the kids fine, you have to be strong to even get to this point." Some faceless person tried to reassure the small group. Killua just turned to Katsuki "As long as he doesn't meet someone strong at the entrance he should be fine." "Yeah, if." Katsuki responded, not to confident in Gon's ability to just stay still or avoid a fight. After hearing that everyone else felt worried as well. They didn't want tp go into the game in the middle of a fight, or be confronted right away.

Thankfully Killua was put into the game not to long after Gon was. "Hey Gon." Killua called out to his obviously excited friend. "Killua there you are! Hey since we have our phones do you think we could start exploring already?!" Killua gave it some serious thought. "I don't see why not... What? What is that face for?" "Nothing, Its just that, you're suuuuper cute when you're serious." Killua flushed red Again and Gon laughed at it Again. "Alright lets get going, I'll send the other two a quick text to let them know we're making out way to the closest town." Killua said "What? But I want to go explore." Gon whined a bit. "And we are. We're exploring the nearest town and waiting on the other two. That's two birds with one stone." "I guess you're right." Gon agreed as they set out for the town of Antokiba.

Katsuki and Shoto wanted to stay together so they let everybody else go before them so they could be put into the game at the same time. When they were sucked inside the game, at first they only saw nothing at all, but after a while, all they saw was white. That's when the incessant beeping started. When they cracked their eyes open they immediately shut them due to the brightness. "They're awake!" They both heard someone yell, followed by the fast shuffle of footsteps. Was this how everyone entered the game? It was quite unpleasant.
