A/N:

Can I get a WOOT WOOT! for consistency? And a YAY! for some normality back in my life?

I'll keep it short. Please comment and let me know what you think. And remember... Enjoy!

                                              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It had been a few days, Taehyung thought, a few days since him and Taetae last spoke of the bomb that was dropped on his head. In fact it had been a few days since the two spoke at all. That had Taehyung worried. He might've just gotten to know Taetae but Taehyung found himself attached. He had missed that special type of innocence that kids have. He hadn't experienced that since he was a kid himself. And if he were to be very honest, he hadn't experienced much of it even then. After all, what kind of childhood was it that he experienced? It was nothing short of a nightmare. What he lacked in innocence Taetae made up for it. He figured, at least some part of him refused to give that monster the satisfaction, and for that Taehyung was thankful for Taetae, and for that Taetae was precious, coveted and appreciated. Not everyone was so lucky to be able to meet their inner child; that's who Taetae was Taehyung supposed. Taetae was who he would have gotten to be, had his life been normal.
Taehyung's mind was cluttered with such thoughts when he heard the voice of his manger. The latter seemed to have been calling him for some time.
"Huh? What is it?" – Questioned Taehyung upon being thrust out of his wondering mind and back into reality.
"What are you thinking about that you're this lost in your thoughts? I've never seen you this spaced out during a shoot."
Once those words left his manager's mouth Taehyung found himself brought back not to reality, but to his current moment. That's right, this was a photo shoot, and he was in the middle of working, and he had forgotten himself. Never had he been this unprofessional. Disregarding the times he had missed work because of incidents related to his condition. Not okay, this was very not okay. And while Taehyung was starting to spiral down the dark corridors of his mind once more, he was nudged back by the photographer's hand on his arm.
"Are you alright Taehyung? Do you need a little break?" – asked Jinhyuk, the photographer, momentarily forgetting that Taehyung had very few conditions that the people he worked with had to agree to before doing a project with him, and one of those conditions was that he was never to be touched or grabbed.
Taehyung's manager's breath hitched at noticing Jinhyuk's hand coming in contact with Taehyung's arm, but to his surprise, the latter had no reaction to it. He might not have seen Taehyung getting grabbed very often, but the few times he did, Taehyung never felt to freak out, turn sour and angry and leave. Taehyung never really told him the details of why this was the way things were and he never really asked, assuming it's not his place to pry, but he couldn't help but wonder what had changed.
"Actually, I'd appreciate a short break; I'm not feeling like myself. Is 10 minutes okay? I'll gather myself and be ready to work again." –Taehyung said, seeming very absentminded, even his eyes looked empty as if he was dissociating. But that's just the thing, he wasn't.
"Taehyung ," – his manager called – "can I talk to you for a sec before you go?"
"Sure." – Taehyung agreed.
"Are you okay?"
"Yea, I just need a little break. I have things on my mind. I'll clear my head on get back to work. I'm really sorry about this. It won't happen again." – Taehyung assured; more so himself than his manager.
"That's not what I want to talk to you about though." – The manager seemed to ponder whether he sure bring about what he was about to – "Did you not notice that Jinhyuk grabbed you?"
Taehyung took a moment to try and remember but he just couldn't. After all, there was no way that someone touched him and he didn't realize. If that were true, Taetae or V would've been here by now.
"You must have misperceived, I don't react well to being touched, and you know this."
"Yes, but I really saw it correctly, you were definitely touched. He nudged you when you were zoning out."
"But, that can't be true, it just can't be true. There's no way-" – Taehyung noticed the seriousness in the man's eyes. Those were very sure eyes. He wasn't wondering, he knew this to be true.
Taehyung was lost for words. How can this be? How can this actually be? This has never happened. Not since he can remember his life. He barely even remembers his parents' touch. It was so long ago; so long since he felt any type of physical human connection. And now he has faced one if his worst fears yet he has no recollection of it. It was too much to fathom; too much to handle alone.
Taehyung hurried to his dressing room, forgetting the former thoughts that busied his mind that was now taken over with new ones. Things were progressing too fast for comfort and he needed someone. Taehyung needed the only someone that he's ever needed. He reached his room with only one thought in his mind – Jungkook.
It took less than a few seconds to get his phone and dial the number of the one person who's voice he needed to hear right then and there.
After a few rings the line connected.
"We need to talk."
