"Oh God, I have such a headache."

Taehyung held his head in his palms then proceeded to look around. He landed his gaze onto Jungkook and – "Wait. Aren't you that- aren't you Dr. Han's intern? Jungkook?"

"Yes, I am."

Taehyung sighed and knew he was in trouble. He just knew V has caused him some kind of trouble.

"Where are we? Where am I?" – asked the man, seemingly fed up with the life he has to life and the issues he has to deal with; namely V.

"Don't worry. You're safe. You've been safe. I made sure of it. We're in my apartment." – explained Jungkook, trying to put the man's mind at ease before he had the chance to panic.

Taehyung sighed once more as he stood up and took in his surroundings.

"And how did I get here?"

"Well, I had to bring you here. We thought it'd be too dangerous to let Taetae roam around freely and unsupervised."

"WHAT?! Taetae fronted?!"

"Wel- yes. Taetae did."

"But Taetae doesn't front anymore. It's been ages!"

"Well, that's kind of actually not so true."

Taehyung was rubbing his temples as the news seemed to be adding to his skull splitting headache.

Jungkook continued – "Maybe you should sit down as I briefly explain the last few days."

"THE LAST FEW DAYS?! Maybe I really should sit."

Jungkook pointed to his bed and Taehyung took the seat. Jungkook sat down beside him, making sure to not touch him at all.

"How many days?"

"Maybe around 10?"

"What?! Wh- where's my phone?"

Taehyung patted himself down when he noticed he was in unfamiliar clothes.

Jungkook noticed.

"Don't worry, they're clean. I didn't give Taetae any underwear. He wore them himself. Try not to concentrate on that. Yea? Let's try and help you get your life back together."

Taehyung nodded, trying to avoid thoughts about being touched and stay calm. Once he spotted his own jeans on the ground he grabbed his phone out of the pocket.

His attempts of staying calm were quickly forgotten when he saw the date.

"JULY?! I'm going to have a heart attack. It was mid June the last I remember."

Jungkook noticed how Taehyung's breathing seemed to be picking up speed and becoming heavier and more difficult by the second.

"Hey, Mr. Kim? Mr. Kim, breathe. Look at me, concentrate on my voice."

Taehyung turned to Jungkook and looked into his eyes.

"Good. Now, I need you to hear me out ok?"

Taehyung nodded.

"Okay, what's your name?"

Taehyung furrowed his broen in confusion; he knew Jungkook knew his name.

"Mr. Kim we need to calm you down before another shift happens. Please answer all the questions and focus your mind. What is your name?"

"K-kim- Taehyung." – the struggling man barely voiced out his own name in between heavy breaths.

"Good! What is mine?"

"Jung-kook" – Taehyung managed to answer once more.

"That's great! Now, who's our mutual acquaintance?"

"Dr. H-Han."

"Beautiful! And who's Dr. Han?"

"My therapi-therapist."

"Excellent. And who is he to me?"

"Your boss? Your teacher?"

"That's right! How old are you?"

"23. How old are you?"

"I'm 21."

"I'm older than you." – boasted Taehyung as he gave Jungkook a small smile.

"Yes, you are. You're also calm."

Taehyung's smile grew wider and crushed Jungkook's heart. Jungkook couldn't touch him anymore.

"Thank you, Jungkook."

"You're welcome, Mr. Kim."

"Call me Taehyung."

Jungkook smiled – "Alright, Taehyung."

The two stared at each other for a few seconds before Taehyung shifted his gaze back to his phone to check if he has any calls.

"Jeez I'm in so much trouble. My team has called me so many times. There are dozens of missed calls."

Taehyung looked back at Jungkook.

"I'll take a rain check on hearing about the days that I've missed. I have to get my life back in order. Is that ok?"

Jungkook silently nodded and Taehyung smiled.

"Thanks for everything Jungkook. I'll see you later."

"Okay; and I'm pretty sure you have my number in your phone. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me or Dr. Han."

"I'll return your clothes after I've washed them. Thanks again."

Taehyung picked up his clothes off the floor, wore his shoes and darted out of the door. He walked out of Jungkook's life as fast and one-sidedly as he came into it.

How was Jungkook to know? How was he to know that he will not hear from him even after two weeks?

Jungkook wondered. Did he do something wrong? Did Taehyung remember something? Did V get coconscious with him and tell him things he shouldn't have? Maybe he was just busy picking up the mess of his life that V left behind? But he said he would bring back his clothes after washing them.

Two weeks and not a word. Neither to him nor to Dr. Han.

Was he okay?

"Alright Jungkook. You're free to go now. I will handle what's left and close myself. You can leave after placing the files back."

"Thanks, Dr. Han."

Jungkook finished up everything, bid his farewells as he set his course to his apartment.

Jungkook had his life back together. He had missed this sense of normalcy. He didn't realize how much. It had been about a month since one Kim Taehyung came in like a tornado, did damage and left as quickly as he came.

This was good. Jungkook couldn't believe the fact that V had managed to convince him he was in love with him. Better yet, he couldn't believe that he convinced himself. He must've been delusional.

'What time is it?' – Jungkook thought as he patted himself down to find his phone, when he realized he didn't have it.

"I can't believe you're still distracted Jungkook. Get your head back to reality." – Jungkook scolded himself and turned back to the clinic to pick up his phone.

He was back in the building in less than 10 minutes and he turned the knob to the clinic door and pushed forward.

"Dr. Han, I forgot my pho-"
