"I need you to open a link between you two, just like the link between you and Taetae. You have to form a relationship with him and not try and screw up his life. It would be nice if he stopped losing chunks of his memory without any idea about what he had done or where he has been. Be his protector again and make it genuine; otherwise he'd notice and it will all be in vain. I need you to actually want to try if we want this to work."

"Baby boy. He will not buy it. I have made it pretty damn clear to him over these years that I have hated him."

"I can't really tell much about anything regarding him to you since I haven't had enough time to crack him open yet, but what I can tell you is that regarding your matter all he feels is annoyance. You've bothered him, tired him out, confused him and made his life significantly more difficult than it has to be. But he does not harbor hate. You've done that on your own. He didn't even know why you hate him so much. So if you do start trying to fix it, as far as he's concerned, I've talked you into it. I am just as much your shrink as I am his." – Jungkook smirks and winks.

"Have you spoken to him a lot? Like, about me?"

"Do you trust me babe?"

"Of course I do baby, what kind of question is that?"

"Well, he trusts me as a psychologist, as a professional, and that is a trust, a sort of promise that I cannot break. That integrity is all I have that matters. Anything that you can know I will tell you and I need you to trust that I will not betray you, in any sense of that word."

"I- I get that. But I'm just trying to understand what I'm getting into."

"All you need to worry about is reconnecting with Taehyung."

"Eugh, I still can digest hearing that name."

"You're off to a very bad start V".

"Right- right. My bad. Go on."

"Just know for sure that he'll be expecting you. I have paved your way. You just have to go through with it."

"Simple enough to say, but I don't know how I'd start or where. I'm cringing just at the thought of it."

Jungkook gave him a look of disbelief.

"Are you kidding? You literally share a body. I'm sure nothing could be awkward enough. Just open a link, I'm pretty sure Taehyung will take the first step and reach to you before you even have to try. You have locked the boy out and kept him far away from you. First sign of you and he'll jump at the chance to understand whatever the fuck has gone wrong to push you away from him."

Jungkook noticed the flinch at Taehyung's name but chose to not comment on it.

"Alright. Say I successfully did what you're asking of me. Say we become buddies and it turns into rainbows and sunshine. You seem to be forgetting that he still will not accept a physical relationship with you, even if it's me. He's afraid of being touched. And even if he wasn't, what makes us sure that he'd be okay with it?"

"You leave that part to me. You just do your part and I'll do mine."

"I'm still not a 100 % on what I'm getting myself into. I haven't been this lost in forever."

"One step at a time V. The moment will reveal what you have to do. I know you will not screw it up. You might be glad after doing this. You will be at peace. You won't have that toxicity eating at you. Just let it go. I know it will do you good."

"I don't have much of a choice anyhow. If this is what I have to do to get you, then so be it."

V said and kissed Jungkook. He looked into his baby's eyes and smirked.

"Now that we're done with all that big boy talk, let's see if you're still up for that nasty boy business."

V snaked his arm over Jungkook's abs and down between his legs, he grabbed that bulge and felt for that promised 'wood'. He was more than glad to find it was still there – slightly less firm, but nevertheless, still there.

"Mmmm. Isn't that a treat? You held out baby boy. Ready for your reward?"

"Fuck yes. Been ready the whole fuckin' time."

"Ooh, baby boy's been developing quite a potty mouth. I'll make sure to punish you for that. Hm? Fuck it right out of you?"

"Fuck- just move your hand already."

"Oh? An impatient baby. I'll make sure to fix that as well."

"I want my reward!"
