Requested by @minhoshairgel69 - sorry, I can't find your @ rn!! I hope you all enjoy and thanks to them for the idea.. there is a P2 which I'm currently writing before you all jump down my throat ahahah

I'd just finished putting my lipstick on when mum called up the stairs, "Jenna, Charlie's waiting for you!"

I physically rolled my eyes, of course Charlie's already down stairs waiting to go to school. He's the better twin, always has been always will be.

"Coming!" I shout in response, putting hairspray on my fly always and grabbing my school bag on my way to my bedroom door.

As I walk down the stairs, I can see Charlie checking his hair in the mirror by the front door.

"Seeing Nick again?" I ask, smirking. I love talking about stuff that he doesn't want me to know about.

"Shut up"

Is all I get in response, so I roll my eyes again and open the front door, "bye mum!" I shout out, stepping out and fixing my blazer. Making sure it sits on my body just right.

Charlie and I head to school together, the same route every day to the bus station and then we go our separate ways.

"Don't let them dickheads push you around" I tell Charlie on the way, "You're better than them"
"Easy for you to say" He shoots back
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You're- you - Jenna Spring, everyone loves you. All the boys love you. It's harder when you're me and everyone thinks you're a weirdo"
"But you're the twin brother of the great Jenna Spring" I say, holding my arms up as if I'm talking to the great powers that be, "No one can touch you" I add and look over to Charlie who's just grimacing at me
"Shut up" He tells me for the second time that morning.

We don't talk for the rest of our walk and in my head I'm thinking about how I can tell Charlie how much he means to me and how much I've got his back. But I guess I don't need to because twins have telepathy, right?

Once I'm at school, it's the usual stuff. All my girls crowd around me, pretending to be my friend. I know they don't really care about me, they just like being friends with the popular girl. Even if I don't even know how I got that label.

The school day is boring, as usual but thankfully something spices it up. As I get off the bus to start my walk home I see Harry giving Charlie grief. Neither of them know I'm there and it hurts to see Charlie just being so submissive. Letting Harry tease him about Nick.

"You got the hots for Nick or something?" Harry says in his usual annoying voice.

I feel bad for the kid really, if all he can do is pick on people just because of their sexuality.

"Hey Harry!" I call out and he immediately looks round at me, "I don't appreciate you talking to my brother like that"

Harry leaves Charlie and starts walking towards me, "You got a problem, Jenna?" He calls out, strutting over. He clearly thinks he's got the upper hand here and it's sad.

"Yeah I have actually" I call back.

At this point everyone's looking over, all the students from our schools and kids and their parents from the nearby primary. All clearly wanting a show and I'll give them one. No one speaks to my brother like that and gets away with it.

"Nice that you know my name" I add once he's inches away. We both stop in the middle of the pavement. I glance behind him to see Charlie looking awkward and worried, like he usually does. He might not like it, but someone's gotta stand up for the Springs.

"What's your problem with Charlie?" I ask, looking him dead in the eye. I could tell he was annoyed that I had interrupted his ridiculing.

I wouldn't even mind that much really, but Harry doesn't know how much it affects Charlie. He doesn't see him when he's at home feeling sorry for himself. No one should make another person feel like that and especially not when that person's my brother.
