"Draco!" I screamed, "give it back it's mine!" I chased after him trying to grab my book back. I chased him down the hall and down the stairs trying to grab my book.

"Who reads before your even accepted into school?!" he taunts while running toward the sitting room.

"Give it back! It's mine!" I shouted at him trying to grab it from his hands as he held it above his head. Why am I such a midget I thought. I continue to try and grab it while he's laughing at my shortness. I've finally decided Ive had enough so I push him. He falls to the ground with a yelp and quickly grab my book.

"Meanie," he says as he gets off the ground.

"Well never take my book!" I retorted at him.

"What dumb book is this anyway?" he grabs it out of my hands yet again, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, boring" he says and tosses it back at me. I roll my eyes and about to say something sassy back when a loud peck from the window grabs our attention. We look at each other and back at the window and then start rushing to the window trying to get there first. At the last minute I shove to ground.

"Rude much" he mumble on the ground. I glare at him and open the window. There's a owl holding to letters in its beak. I gently grab the letters open the one with my name on it.

I read out loud.

"Mum!" Draco shouted right next to my ear. Narcissa came hurriedly to the room.

"Everything alrigh-" she started to say before noticing what was in our hands.

"Whats that you got there?" Narcissa said icily. Lucius then walked in the room to see what the commotion was.

"It's our Hogwarts letters!" Draco said excitedly. But Narcissa and Lucius looked anything but excited. If anything I say they looked a little afraid.

"Give me that child." Lucius said snatching the letter from my hands. He quickly read threw it and look back at me with a hateful sneer.

"Your not going to Hogwarts," he said with distaste "your going to Beauxbatons."

"Why would I want to go to a school full of arrogant and rude Veela." I say rather rudely "I mean I know I'm pretty but I didn't think I was Veela pretty." I say the sass and sarcasm dripping off my tongue. Lucius sneered at me before slapping me.

"You know better than to disrespect me. The only reason I'm considering letting you go is because Draco can't live without you." Draco flushed at this comment and continued to look at the ground. He always did this when his parents would hit me or threaten me.

"To your room we'll head to Diagon Ally tomorrow. I'll send them your owls." Narcissa said pushing me and Draco to the stairs and giving her husband a pointed look at the last part. I quickly ran to my room and loudly shut the door ignoring Draco calling my name. He eventually gave up knocking at went to dinner. I stayed upstairs and sat on my bed staring at my wall holding my cheek where he had slapped it. A house elf eventually came in with some noodles and bread for me to eat.

"Hello, Dobby. How are you doing." I greeted him taking the tray from him and beginning to munch of the bread.

"Oh, Dobby is quit well. Yes he is very fine, he loves serving the Malfoy family Miss." he responded.

"Thank you for the food Dobby you should get going, don't want you caught not cleaning to we?" I say and open the door for him.

"Mistress Gibson is so nice and caring for Dobby, and for that Dobby is grateful" and with that the little elf walked down to the kitchen to help clean up dinner. I went back to my bed and started eating the food while reading a book called The Dark Arts and How to Use Them. I went to bed that night thinking of what things I would find at Hogwarts. I wondered what house I would be sorted into to, Gryffindor sounded nice. Being brave was like second nature Raelyn. I fell asleep thinking about what I would find there and what would happen if I wasn't sorted in Gryffindor, specifically what would happen if I was sorted into Slytherin.
