It had been days.

It's been since I had arrived back at Malfoy Manor And here I am, locked up in the of Malfoy Manor with barely a scrap of food and water they provided me everyday. I had been expecting torture, not confinement.

As soon as I had arrived back at the Manor, Voldemort had been furious about Harry's escape that he barely paid any attention to my arrival. Bellatrix was the one who had the brilliant idea of throwing me down here. I hadn't even known we had a cellar until now. Bellatrix had snatched me the second I arrived. I didn't even get to see Draco.

I just wanted to know he was alive.

She had taken my wand as well. I hadn't even had time to change clothes or clean myself up. My hands were still caked with George's dried blood, and my clothing still bore the singe from Harry's spell as well as George's blood. I hoped he was okay, I really hoped that they would forgive me one day.

But what truly bothered me was the fact that Draco hadn't bothered paying a visit. Actually no one had payed me a visit. Only the house elves who dropped my scrap of bread and a glass of water every morning.

Every time I thought about Draco, fear would coarse through me. Was he also locked up like me? Had he been tortured? He could be dead for all I know.

I shivered from the cold air. I didn't understand how it could be freezing down here when it was summer.

The silence of the room was broken when I heard footsteps walking towards me. At first fear shot through me. Had Bellatrix finally come to torture me? Was the Dark Lord here?

Keys rattled and the door to my cell swung open. A boy in a dark suit entered. I stood up immediately. I couldn't believe my eyes.

"Draco." I said his name barely above a whisper. He didn't say anything, Instead he marched quickly across the cell and grabbed my face with his hands. He kissed me roughly. His hands trailed over my body. I kissed him back just as eagerly. He slid his tongue in my mouth. Our kisses were messy and desperate. We had been deprived of each other's touch for weeks.

He pushed me against the wall and trailed kisses down my neck, and then back up towards my lips. When we pulled apart we were both breathing heavily.

"I thought you were dead." I whispered against his skin. Draco took my hands and rubbed circles with his thumbs. "It's not mine." I said when I caught his gaze.

"Did they hurt you?" He asked hoarsely.

I shook my head. "They just locked me up here the second I got back."

Draco lowered his head ashamed. "I'm sorry. I should've come down here sooner...I was just...scared."

"It's okay." I said softly. "You're here now." Then I furrowed my brows. "Wait, why are you here?"

"The minister of magic is dead."

"What?" I said shocked.

"They got to him," he said and he explained what had happened at the ministry. "They sent me down here to get you. I think they plan to take you somewhere. I just...I couldn't help myself when I saw you. I needed to feel your touch again." His eyes were glossy.

"What did they do to you?" I asked gently. Draco averted my gaze.

"Nothing I couldn't handle." He said in a small voice. "Nothing like what they've done to you. I've mostly just been locked up in my room..."

I wanted to ask more, but it occurred to me that the Death Eaters were waiting for me upstairs. I glanced toward the door and Draco followed my gaze.

"Dumbledore told me he would offer us protection. He said he could protect you, he even said he could get my mother out." Draco said.
