"Draco, she's not that bad!" I protest picking up a much larger and holding her out like a little baby for show and tell. He face rankled in disgust as she licked his face with her tongue and sneezed out yet another fireball. We immediately decided to keep her in the yard in my secret little garden area were Narcissa and Lucius did not know about.

"She's little a raging inferno waiting to happen!" He said and sat her back down as she chewed on a dead rabbit I had caught that morning.

"Ok, she has fire issues!" I say throwing my arms up in the air. "It's only because her mother abandoned her and now she has no one to teach her how to control it!" I say defensively.

"Or it's because she a wild bloody dragon who by the way normally eats people for breakfast and is just plotting our murders when she gets older!" He says hotly "And by the looks of it that might be next week! With the way she's growing!" I roll my eyes

"She's a Antipodean Opaleye dragon what did you expect? They grow the faster out of all the breeds!" I say protectively as I hold Rose and she starts to fall asleep in my lap.

"Seeing invisibly winged horses is one thing but adopting a wild dragon is another." He says rather calmly.

"See this is why I didn't want to tell you about the horses! Your just another person who thinks I'm mad!" I snap at him. He sighs

"I don't think your crazy, obviously there's a reason you can see them while no one else can."

"Well, there's has to be some else who see them right?" I ask him he just stares a Rose with no response. Right?

"Well anyway, we should probably get back inside. Your mother has been calling for us for the last ten minutes." I say putting Rose down in her little bed I made for her. Which I fire proofed with a spell.

"What!" Draco shouts and sprints off back to the manor I quickly run after him back sure not to leave any dragon scales behind as she had begun her shedding stage.

"Where have you been?" Narcissa nearly shouts at us. Draco looks at the ground while I fumbled with a excuse.

"Um..we uhh we were just.." I try to make a excuse.

"We we're practicing quidditch because I really want to play seeker and she wants to be a chaser for the Slytherin team." Draco tells her. Guess he does have a brain I think. She looks at him suspiciously

"The Slytherin team doesn't allow girls." She states staring him in the eyes. I could see him flatter a bit. I held my breath as he answered.

"Mummmm, don't crush the poor girls dreams!" He says dramatically, I barely held in the hysterical laugh that had started to form at these words. I'm pretty sure she noticed my small smile though as I quickly tried to go back to a straight face.

"Well, lunch is on the table and you can go back to your broomsticks later." She said and headed back upstairs. I looked at Draco and nudged him a little.

"Looks like someone has a brain." I say wiggling my eyebrows, he smiles a little as we walk into the dinning area and begin to eat lunch.

"Ok, count of three." I tell him. He rolls his eyes.

"Yes, Professor Raelyn." I send him a playful glare which he returns with a smirk. We mount our brooms. I look down at little Rose ready for her first flying lessons. It had been a few weeks since school had ended and I had been preparing for Quidditch tryouts with Draco as his father really wanted him on the team. I also I had a little hunch Draco truly only went along with it because he wanted to beat Potter. But I had decided that this would be a good way to teach Rose how to fly as she had been attempting for a while now and practice Quidditch at the same time.
