sorry for not updating for a month 😭😭
But I have news

I'm officially under 53kg
I've never been in the 52kg range since 2017 😭😭

I walked 8-11k steps for 4-5 days a week and tried to cut off bread

Idk I feel so motivated right now
The only thing I have to watch out are the sugary snacks
Otherwise it's going good

I mean it's not an extreme weight loss but I can see the physical differences (even though the scale shows the same numbers)

There is still more to go 🙌
