Chapter 107: A Toast of Victory

And the day of the party finally arrived.

"This is El Palacio Paradiso. This has existed in the 90s and passed down to Ira Poderoso by his mother's lineage. For years, he had renovated this until this became one of the most expensive properties here in Madrid." All of Bonten turned to Romeo Garcia, a buff Spanish who helped them prepare from the past two days upon their arrival in Madrid to rescue a certain brunette.

Swarming the huge modern castle are Europeans and other foreigners who have come to pay their respect to one of Europe's wealthiest and most influential bachelors. Tonight's ball is themed, 'Old and Contemporary Culture.' Thus, the guests are wearing dresses and suits that existed in the old ages and complemented them with a touch of modern trends.

And just like any other visitors, Bonten aside from Koko who is once again operating from behind the scenes drove the private road towards one of the most luxurious fortunes they have laid their eyes on.

"This guy is no joke." Mochi commented when they are standing right outside the main entry where the rest of the host's friends have entered.

"Dopamine's here." Ran jokes with a grin while looking at the number of guards scattered around the vast property.

"Wonder if we'll make it back." His younger brother answered him while grinning from ear to ear as well. They eyed each other once again before stepping inside with their disguises with the help of Garcia.

Like Ira Poderoso's party in Japan, the guests, the food, everything is grand, resplendent, and jaw-dropping. The only difference is that they are in enemy territory. They see the majestic displays, paintings, and interior art of the foyer, living area, and the grand ball room.

"Have you seen her, Koko?" Sanzu asks lowly while blending into the crowd well.

"Not yet. As well as Ira Poderoso and the rest of the pillars." He hears their member in the comm device.

"Maybe they're making us wait like before." He heard Ran.

"Are Garcia's men prepared, Takeomi?" This time, they heard Rindou.

"Yes. They have surrounded the whole mansion and they have blended well with Paradiso's guards."

"Good." Sanzu complimented while walking around.

Their plan tonight is quite simple and it involves a power plant that provides electricity to the whole estate. One weakness that they have found in this estate is its sense of simplicity when it comes to security. In fact, it is so simple that it's too good to be true. Perhaps, it's because the mansion is too old and complexities do not exist here. 

Mochi, Takeomi, and Kakucho will look for its location. Once found, they will signal the three who went to look for Yukino Miyazaki. When she shows up, they plan to separate her through Sanzu from Ira Poderoso, while the Haitani Brothers are on the lookout. Their disguises are there to help them to do that.  

Once her safety is secured, the in-charge of the power plant will execute their role which is to shut it down. Once the power has shut down, they plan to take Yukino and escape. Then, Garcia's men will take over the party and fight with Ira Poderoso's guards. All while letting Bonten escape with their damsel, without a need for a physical fight. This was mostly suggested by Garcia since, well, he wants to be the one who fights with his sworn enemy. After deliberating for a whole day, Bonten finally agreed with this idea because being in the enemy's territory, indeed, gives them a disadvantage.
