I, Nozomi-chan, and Sanzu-kun went to the Safari today. It was fun and Nozomi-chan was really cute. We thought we lost her, but thankfully, we found her. Thanks God. But Sanzu-kun was awesome today. He bathed her and changed Nozomi-chan's clothes. He gave her ice cream and even helped me change her diapers. He called himself her father. He was a real father today to Nozomi-chan. And I am so proud of him. I actually never thought that he can be a great father, but he is. I want to see more adorable sides of Sanzu-kun in the future.

Although, being with him the past few days is confusing. He has changed a lot ever since becoming Nozomi-chan's father. He had shown kindness and compassion lately. I wanted that but everything is weird lately. I think something is wrong with me.

A certain man grinned to himself while reading a journal in his possession. He had been reading this thing that a certain long black-haired male gave him five years ago. It's his way to always remind himself of his connection with his 'almost'. And to find his way back from the abyss that he is slowly sinking into.

"No matter how much I look at this, your handwriting always sucks. Guess you really are a doctor."

"Who are you talking to, Papa?" His pair of emeralds turn to a blonde girl with a pair of emeralds, similar to his, gazing up to his direction.

"No one, kid." He said and patted the head of the young girl in front of him. It was then that the door opened. He is in a hospital while concealing his identity. He cut his hair and grew his natural hair color. The same color the kid naturally has.

"Come on in. Let's talk inside, Sanzu-san." He stood from his chair and walked inside the office of the newly established Neurologist and CEO of Souma Private Central Hospital, Kaname Souma, and the only doctor he genuinely trusts.

That's right.

It is the year 2023 now, FIVE years have passed ever since her death. But for some reason, he couldn't move on. Not one bit. Not ever. He never once let her go.

"Hey there, kiddo. I have here a new toy for you. Would you like to go play for a bit and wait for your Papa outside? Miss Jana will play with you." As the male Doctor said that, the kid's pair of emeralds looked up to him.

"Go on." He said to the kid who nodded and squeezed his hand before running to the nurse and they walked outside. It was then that he turned to the serious male.

"Well? Any good news for me?" He asked with a grin, which solicited silence from the doctor. In response, he gently pushed a document in front of him. His pair of emeralds looked at the folder in front of him.

But what welcomes him is a series of photos of skulls and brain activities that he doesn't understand.

"Do you understand what it says, Sanzu-san?" The man's blue orbs met his pair of emeralds as he was asked that.

"No. It all seem bullshit to me. Care to explain?" he straightforwardly says.

"Your MRI results have changed." Says the doctor, which frowned the other male.

"For the good or bad?"

Instead of answering his question, the blonde looked at him intently. Clasping his hands together, Kaname decided to ask Sanzu a question. A weird one.

"Tell me honestly, Sanzu-san."

"Do you know that kid's name?" Sanzu couldn't utter an answer. He just looked at him, before turning away.
