Chapter 24: Black

"Has anyone seen her yet?" A sweating Chifuyu has come to the boys to search for a certain brunette who has been missing for more than an hour now ever since she took a call earlier.

"No, she's not here." Kazutora responded. The boy split up into two in order to find her. They are all worried now since the woman doesn't answer her phone as well. Chifuyu, Kazutora, Draken, and Mitsuya went back to their hotel to check if ever she went there. Meanwhile, the Kawata twins, Hakkai, Inupi and Peh went to the city. The girls with Pah and Takemichi never left the cottage in the beach in case she returns.

"Oh..." Three pairs of eyes turned to Chifuyu when he reacted to his phone.

"Takemitchy said she just came back." A sigh of relief was released by the boys at the same time when he said that.

"That's good to hear. Let's go back, then."

A few minutes earlier at the beach...

A panting Yukino arrived back to the cottage, making everyone run to her. Yuzuha was the first to approach her.

"Where have you been? The other boys left to look for you. We couldn't contact your phone." With what the other brunette just said, Yukino immediately fished her phone in her small sling bag. That's when she sees several messages and missed calls.

"Sorry, I must've turned my phone in silent mode earlier." Yuzuha only sighed. Then, a running Takemichi, Hinata and Kaori approached the two.

"I already texted Chifuyu. They should be back any minute now." the blue-eyed man said.

"Are you okay, Yukino-chan? Where have you been?" The peach-haired girlfriend of his asked her too as she inspected the doctor.

"I'm fine, Hinata-chan. I just went to mee--" Everyone's attention is on her, waiting for what she's about to say but she stopped. She realized that she almost said that she met someone they don't know.

"I mean I just talked to my secretary about a certain...meeting." Yuzuha and the others only looked at each other. Convinced enough, they nodded to her.

"I see. You must be feeling warm right now. Let's go to the cottage." Kaori walked beside her together with Hinata.

When they reached the cottage, Pah and his fiancée are grilling fish and other seafood.

"Hey, Yukino. The guys especially Chifuyu got worried about you. Where have you been?" Pah asked.

"She said that she talked to her secretary. Here, have some water." Kaori said and then offered her a drink which the brunette gladly accepted.

"Thank you, Kao-chan." she said as she took the water. That's when Kaori noticed the swimsuit peeking out of her dress which was securely tied at the back of her neck.

"Wow, are you wearing a swimsuit right now, Yuki-chan? Did you also buy one yesterday?" With Kaori said, everyone suddenly looked at her.

"Now that you've said it, she really is." Yuzuha added and then smiled.

"Wow you really are wearing one. Take your dress off, let me see it." Kaori asked with anticipation. Yukino immediately blushed to that. Especially that there are two boys around. Yuzuha and Hinata probably noticed that so the two immediately assured her.

"Don't worry about these two, they're harmless. Besides, they have their women here. If they try to give you a funny look, they'll be the first to gauge out their balls." Hinata and Kaori only laughed sweetly, while the two only sweat dropped.
