A/n: This is one of the first art pieces I drew Arina in the most recent design, dated back to the first draft of this book I think. But I wasn't satisfied that she didn't look like the official art so I dropped it🥲

In a friendly neighborhood of Kunugigaoka, next to a house under construction, was the home of Arina Avenira. In the middle of the night, out of nowhere, she rose from her bed and exclaimed:

"I AM IN LOVE WITH ASANO GAKUSHUU!"

That was it, she had officially fallen in love with her bosom friend.

However, Arina was the kind of person to have her natural charm depleted when facing her crush, being an awkward simp. The first few days were okay, though each time the more she daydreamed of sharing her future with him and bearing his children (already!?!) the more she became awkward around him.

'I couldn't help but daydream,' said Arina's inner self, staring at Asano's back from the seat behind for approximately fifteen minutes straight already, forgetting to be diligent at schoolwork. 'I couldn't help but be so romantical either. I will name our kids-- let me see, Damyon is a nice-sounding name, and how can I not mention Adeliya. If only we ever have a twin son and daughter, that'd be my highest ideal of earthly bliss. Oh, let me try writing my official name hereafter.'

She wrote Mrs. Asano Alexeyevna Arina down in her notebook and looked up to Asano again and sighed.

'Why can't his surname be something without an A? I'd very much love it if his surname is Sakamoto or something...hmm, Mrs. Sakamoto Arina -- not bad -- not bad at all. Let me try it."

Then she erased Mrs. Asano Alexeyevna Arina and replaced it with Sakamoto Alexeyevna Arina.

"Ms. Avenira?" the teacher called.

'But why can't I call him by his first name until now?' she winced in exasperation, folding her arms. 'Isn't that quite wicked? I've known him for so long, or perhaps, oh, what if he secretly despises me all along?'

"Ms. Avenira!!" the teacher called.

'Vampires or princes, I wonder what Asano-kun will be if he ever steps into a fantasy world? But if he were to be a vampire, will I let him suck my blood?' she blinked at the ceiling, cheek prodded on her palm.

"MS. AVENIRAAAA!!"

This time Arina had finally heard and snapped out of her reverie. She immediately flew up and gave an answer:

"I'm a-a-awfully sorry sensei," she mourned, guilt was written across her face. "Bu-But what was your question again?"

"How many times will you have to zone out in my class!?!" he spat, and from then Arina had to endure humiliation for three minutes straight.

Okamoto Akeboshi who was sitting beside her curiously peered at her work process only to find out that--

"You got married to Sakamoto-kun!?!"

Sakamoto was a random NPC in their class. His sole purpose was to exist as a background character. The only word to describe him was 'ordinary' that sometimes Arina even forgot he was living and breathing at the very back of the class.

Arina frantically shut her notebook and tossed her gaze around the class to scan their reactions, hoping in her very dear heart that they won't make a fuss about it. Very unfortunately...

"SHE WROTE 'SAKAMOTO ARINA' IN HER NOTEBOOK, GUYS, I SAW IT!!" Akeboshi can't shut his mouth and explained what he witnessed to the entire class, making them gawk with both their eyes and mouth a shape of an O.
