Me: great great, I was calling for a favor

Me: I'm trying to get in contact with the uncle of brentlys that owns this house in Miami
Quinton: why is something wrong
Me: no no nothing is wrong I've been trying to figure something big to get her and this placed slipped my mind she mentioned they never used it maybe a couple times but my point is for the past couple years we come here every summer, and we have a lot of memories here and with Caitlyn and ava we all have a good time here-
Quinton : what are you getting at
Me: do you think he'd be willing to sell it to me?
Quinton: he definitely has nothing tied up in that house except money I think he went there once 20 something years ago and never went again
Me: so he's sell it to me?
Quinton: it's a 5 million dollar house?
Me: oh, that's a little less then I expected
Quinton : you'd be willing to put up that much for a house
Me: yeah I mean we've spent a lot of time here and we like coming here during my off season it's a nice getaway, and I feel like a peach going to someone else's place

Me: y'all didn't see her or she said y'all didn't want to see her
Quinton: well ofcourse we wanted to see her
Me: she made it out that y'all didn't because she didn't have kids like sterling and Arden so
Quinton: mm, well will you let her know that we did want to see her
Me: I would but this is a surprise so please don't mention this to her, but I'll talk her into texting you
Quinton: alright well I'll shoot Noah a text and get back to you
