Finally normal

the next morning:

i woke up and saw quinton sleeping next to me. i looked at the time, it said 10:53am.

me: "SHIT!" i yelled out which clearly made quinton jump
Quinton: chloe? are you okay?
me: the kids, their late for school
Quinton: princess it's saturday
me: wait what?
Quinton: go back to sleep babe it's the weekend. the kids are still sleeping.

he relaxed his arm over my tummy and kissed my head then fell back asleep. i couldn't back fall asleep. all i could think of is how unorganized i am and that without Quinton, i don't think i'd be mentally stable. I love him so so much. i got lost in my thoughts and fell back asleep. i then woke up what i felt like 5 minutes later except Quinton wasn't in bed. i checked the time and it was 12:30. i got out of bed and went downstairs. Quinton and the kids were downstairs all dressed and ready for the day. i made eye contact with him.
Quinton: good morning gorgeous, guys go say good morning to momma

sterling and Arden and over to me and hugged me

me: good morning cuties.

Quinton passes me the baby.

Quinton: babe, he hasn't eaten yet. you have to feed him. he doesn't want the bottle
me: Quin: you could've woken me up
Quinton: "it's okay you're up now" he kissed my head

Rowan pointed to my boob

Rowan: "milk" he babbled
me: you want milky rowan?

he smiled
me: okay cmon bear

i walked to the bedroom and laid down on the bed pulling my shirt down. rowan started drinking the milk. the kids came up to the room with Quinton and all three of them laid on the bed and turned on a movie. i sat there for around 10 minutes until rowan was done.

me: are you full bear?

he nodded so i put him on the bed next to Quinton

me: im gonna go take a shower
Quinton: okay bubbas

i went into the washroom and took a quick shower then did my makeup, did my hair, and put on a comfy outfit

Quinton: you look pretty
me: thanks babe
i grabbed Rowan and went to his room to change his diaper, then put him down for a nap.

me: Quinton?
Quinton: yeah
me: we need to talk
Quinton: okay yeah come out here to the hallway

we both walked into the hallway
Quinton: what's up?
me: listen, i get that you want me to do the least work possible but i'm a mother. i need some responsibility. i need to be the mother. i cant have you be the mom and dad for our children. you don't have do everything around here. i might not do everything right but i'm never gonna learn if ur always doing everything for me and without me. i love you so so so incredibly much but you have to let me do stuff too
Quinton: i'm so sorry chloe, why didn't u tell me u felt like that? 
me: because i didn't want you to feel like i didn't appreciate what u do for me
Quinton: "hey come here" he gave me a hug
Quinton: "if somethings going on, don't be afraid to tell me. we're a team" he kissed my head
me: thanks quin
Quinton: i love you
me: "i love you more" i said walking into the bedroom
Quinton: "that's impossible" he smacked my butt
me: horny griggs

we laid back on the bed with the kids watching the movie. Quinton began played with my sweatpants band around my waist occasionally grabbing my underwear. i looked at him and he looked back at me with a huge smirk on his face.

me: no babe, not while the kids are around

Quinton: Arden, Sterling, do u wanna see ur cousins at uncle jaden and auntie mads' house?
Sterling&Arden: yeesssss
me: Quinton are you serious?
Quinton: "yup" he smirks and winks at me
Quinton: "okay, come on guys let's go see them. start putting ur shoes on downstairs" he picked up rowan and both of the kids walked out the room.
