the next morning:

Quintons pov:

i woke up and remembered everything that happened last night. i lay there for a little and watch chloe sleep. i slowly pull out of her which wakes her up.

me: "go back to sleep baby" i kiss her forehead and she shuts her eyes again

i put my underwear on and walk into the bathroom to take a shower. when i got out, i changed and put on a new fit. i got washed up and fixed my wet hair then walked into the bedroom. chloe was laying in bed on her phone. she looked up at me.

me: good morning angel
Chloe: morning babe
me: wanna get up bubbas?
Chloe: if i physically can
me: haha, need help?
Chloe: "no, you're mean. why are you laughing at me?" she pouted
me: "i'm sorry bubba come here" i picked her up and lifted her out of bed, she wrapped her legs around me. i looked at her and kissed her neck then walked into the bathroom sitting her down on the counter.

Chloe: you know i'm too short to get down right?
me: yeah you're my little shorty
Chloe: i want kisses
me: "always" i say cupping her jaw and kissing her face a bunch of times
Chloe: ok put me down now

i put her down and let her get ready. all the kids were getting ready for school. i got sterling and rowans lunches ready then the kids came down

Arden: morning dad
me: morning A
Sterling: good morning daddy
me: morning princess

i dropped the kids off at school and came home to see chloe in the bed again

me: "hey beautiful, u tired" i said laying next to her picking her up and laying her on me

Chloe: not really, i just don't know what to do with everyone gone
me: well now that i'm home i want cuddles
Chloe: okay but i have a photo shoot at 2:30
me: baby it's 9am
Chloe: i know i was just saying
me: do u want me to make u breakfast?
Chloe: no it's ok, just cuddles. i'll eat after
me: "sounds good" i kiss her shoulder

after a little, she fell asleep. i slowly grab my phone from my back pocket and scroll through instagram and rubbing chloes back. i ended up falling asleep for a little bit too. a few hours later i wake up and check the time. it was 12pm. i gently laid down chloe next to me and got up to make her food. just as i finished, she walked downstairs.
me: good morning baby
Chloe: "morning again" she laughed
me: "here's your food angel" i said kissing her on the lips passing her food to her
Chloe: thanks babe
Quinton: yup. so where are you going for the photoshoot today?
Chloe: main street
Quinton: ohhhh ok, am i driving you love?
Chloe: sure

1 month later:

(in chloes pov)

my periods now 2 weeks late. i also hadn't really felt that good. i didn't think too much of it since my period does that sometimes. i was on my way driving all the kids to school first starting with arden then dropping Sterling and Rowan off. on my way home i stopped and thought
me: holy shit, am i pregnant?!

i drive to the drug store and pick up some pregnancy tests then drive home and take them secretly. when the time is up i flip it over..

me: "positive" i say in shock.

i had to tell quinton right away. i take the sticks and walk downstairs holding them behind my back. quinton was sitting on the couch watching tv

Quinton: hi babe
me: h-hi
Quinton: hey, are you ok? sit down
me: okay
Quinton: what's up?
me: uh i have something to show you
Quinton: okay, what?
i immediately take the test and show quinton. he looks at it for a split second then looks at me.
