1) Send him out to capture animals, preferably in an area where Sonic would run.
2) Get Orbot and Cubot to set up the main room.
3) Erase Orbot and Cubot's memories of setting up the main room, so they don't blab to Metal about his surprise when he returns.
4) Get Sage into a party outfit.
5) Call Metal and lie to him about the base being invaded.
6) Once Metal gets back, greet him at the front door and claim that the invasion was a false alarm.
7) Apologise to Metal for making him come back early.
8) Promise to make it up to Metal and walk him to the main room.
9) SURPRISE!!!
