Aretha Franklin's Oh Me Oh My (I'm a Fool for You Baby) played in my ears as I walked up the stairs to my next class. As I got to the last step I saw one of my classmates leaving the science teacher's classroom. She rushed into the bathroom and slammed the door.

What happened to her? That's none of my business anyway. I walked past that same room and caught a glimpse of the teacher fixing his pants. Wait a minute... I turned around and headed to the bathroom. I heard her crying and I raised my brow.

"Moriah, are you okay?" We're not friends but we have been partners a few times for projects, basically school friends. I knocked on the stall and it opened. I saw her sitting on the floor with her head on her knees.

"Oh my gosh Moriah, what happened?" I didn't expect her to tell me since we don't know each other that well but she did.

"That pedophile ass teacher! I went to his class to discuss my grade and he said that he would change it if I did something for him. Of course, I heard rumors about him being weird so I declined his offer. When I tried to leave..." she broke down crying and I wrapped my arms around her.

"It's okay Moriah, you don't have to say the rest."

"He raped me! I tried to scream but he covered my mouth! Then he said I liked it because I— but I didn't mean to! My body just did it!" I was in shock but not surprised. That teacher has had a lot of complaints from other students and I'm pretty sure that the teachers and principals already know but they aren't doing anything. I heard someone come in the bathroom and we both got quiet.

"Skai why aren't you in class?" I heard Azuree ask me and Moriah sniffled.

"Are you crying?"

"No, that's not me that's Moriah. Something happened to her."

"Oh." I got up and left the stall.

"Is she okay?"

"No, and I don't think she will ever be." As the day went by, Moriah went home and I had that class next. I went to the class and sat in my usual seat which is in the front. He looked at me and I looked at him. I'm beginning to feel uncomfortable from his stares. The class went by slow and I was just ready for it to end. A teacher knocked on the door and he went to answer. A few minutes later the class ended and it was lunch. I met up with my siblings and we sat at a table.

"What a day." I sighed and pulled out my phone.

"Is it true that Moriah got raped by the science teacher?" I picked my head up and looked at King.

"How do you know that?" He showed me his phone and it was Moriah's Instagram post. She stated that she was raped by the teacher today and tagged the school. I looked around the lunchroom and saw that a bunch of students saw the same thing.

"That's sick as fuck!"

"Yo, where he at?!" The students got up and left the lunchroom. I heard them yelling and screaming things about the teacher and Moriah. My siblings and I got up chanting also. The teachers had come out of their classroom trying to get us back to the lunchroom and that's when all hell broke loose. The students had begun fighting off the teachers trying to get to the science teacher who was hiding in the principal's office.

They are protecting him when he's in the wrong. They all are because they knew for a long time and still did nothing. We then went outside, continuing our chants and a bunch of police cars pulled up. They came at us pushing, pulling, basically attacking us but it's more of us than it is them. One of the policemen had pushed me causing me to almost fall. King went up to him and the cop maced him.
