77| Grammys
Nobody's POV
"Mom this is the clear dress that you're wearing?"
"It's see-through not clear and yeah."
"If you can see through anything it's clear, and you're not wearing that." Christian said and Toni looked at him. Skai, Azuree, and Christian were at the hotel with their parents getting ready for the Grammys. Tonight, Toni is nominated for three Grammys for her album, Spell My Name.
"I am wearing that, it's here."
"You better wear something else."
"Janet please get your son."
"I'm not in this." Toni laughed.
"Wear something else, Mom." King ordered and Toni rose her brow,
"No, I like this. Let's compromise."
"Alright."
"I wear this dress and you don't have to wear the kilt—"
"Man skirt." He spoke cutting her off.
"Man skirt. You wear the skirt and I don't have to wear the dress." Janet cackled,
"You two are a mess. Toni, you might as well wear the dress 'cause he is not putting on that skirt."
"Sure ain't. This a wack bet." Christian said and sighed as he sat on the bed.
"What are you girls wearing?" Janet asked her daughters.
"Umm, I don't know because if we all wear different colors we gonna look like a box of crayons."
Azuree laughed, "Oh my goodness Skai, I think I'm wearing white but I don't know if I wanna take pictures. Those flashes hurt my eyes, I don't know how you guys do it."
"Same."
"Don't worry about me, I'm on that floor." Skai said as she fixed her hair.
"Okay baby, what are you wearing?"
"Black."
"I think I'm wearing a suit."
"King is wearing a suit?"
"Yes, a black one." The Grammy's is in two more hours so the family decided to start getting ready. Once everyone was ready, they took a few pictures before heading into the limo.
"I really like this dress on you baby." Toni said as she placed her hands on Janet's thigh. She has on the same dress as Toni but hers isn't see-through. It only has a slit along with the glitter swirls.
Janet blushed, "Thank you, baby."
"You're welcome." Toni pecked her lips and heard her children's fake gag.
"Ewwww!"
"Please get a room." After driving for half an hour, the family arrived at the Staples Center. Joey opened the door and they got out.
"Good luck Toni."
"Thank you."

"Mommy!" Eissa said and pointed to the tv. He and Desiree are at Katherine and Joseph's house.
"Yes, that's mommy."
"Party?"
"Sort of. It's called the Grammys."
"Me?" Eissa asked as he saw his mother on the screen.
"No, Grammys. It's for celebrities."
"I go?"
