"So, do you wanna talk as we drive home or do you wanna wait?" Wooyoung asked, buckling in his seatbelt.

The sun was down by the time the campaign photoshoot was over. Everyone made their positive remarks, and said their goodbyes, then went on their way. Fortunately, I was able to talk to Jennie a little bit more. Wooyoung quickly took notice and smiled from afar. I'm sure he was giving Jungkook the entire rundown with my Blackpink history.

"Wait till we get home."

"Oh, so it's really serious."

"To me, yeah." I shrugged.

"Be honest with me, did you do something bad?"

"No." I shook my head, glad I was able to be honest about that.

"Are you lying?"

"Surprisingly, no." I know he says he trusts me, but I really don't think he does. From what it's seemed, he's taken all his trust away from me and put it in Jungkook. It almost feels like I've been replaced. "But today was fun." I smiled, changing the subject.

"Did it make you miss modeling?"

"A little bit honestly. But I liked watching you do what you do, that was interesting. I wanted to take a video for mom, but I figured I'd get in trouble."

"She's come to a couple shoots. She always ends up crying though." He laughed.

"She's very proud."

"Trust me, I know. She tells me she has to refrain from bragging the entire time she's with all her friends."

"Oh, she finally has a little group now?" I'm sure it's much easier nowadays since Kyungmin is a little older and she can leave him home alone.

"It's literally just the mom's. It started with Ms. Park coming over to have a glass of wine every Friday, then Hongjoong's mom was invited, which led to Mingi's mom, then it was Yunho's, then Mrs. Lee, then they all agreed to invite Yeosang's mom because she's exactly like her son."

"Has she met San's mom yet?"

He shook his head. "It's a four and a half hour drive. But we're having Christmas together so you'll get to meet his family too."

"That's the cutest thing I've ever heard." Hearing that San will be able to reunite with his new and old family for the holiday is heartwarming. The subject is different for him. Wooyoung has had his mom and Kyungmin, I migrated into that as the unofficial adopted one, and Felix has had Minho and his parents. But who has San really had? Sure, there's Wooyoung's family, but he's always wanted his own. That's why he cares so deeply for everyone in his life, he treats us all like the family he wished he had.

"I talk to his sister all the time too, she's more like me than him somehow." He smiled. "Her name is Haneul."

"Pretty name."

The name, Haneul, means sky. So San and Haneul means 'the mountain and the sky'. I found that very beautiful.

Instead of walking in the house once Wooyoung turned the car off, he went in his glove compartment and grabbed a pack of cigarettes.

"Sorry, couldn't do it." He shook his head, referring to actually quitting. "But I have a feeling it's one of those conversations." We both rested on the hood of his car and simultaneously took drags of our own cigarettes. "Alright, go for it."

"I don't feel like your best friend anymore." He was speechless. I couldn't tell whether it was because he was in such disbelief I'd feel that way or he believes it's true and doesn't know how to tell me I'm right. "Just hearing that you tell Jungkook everything, knowing you definitely don't tell me anything anymore, really sucked to hear."
