"And you know what?" Wooyoung drunkenly cried, hanging his arm off my shoulder with a beer in his other hand. "I love you guys so much."
Wooyoung needed this. I mean, really needed this. He's so loved by every single person here, I hope he never forgets that. Obviously everyone knows what happened now. So wanting to see him smile was the goal. Luckily, he's done a lot more than that. He's laughing, he's making jokes, he's biting everyone for some reason, and he's been quite the affectionate, happy drunk.
Yeonjun, Jungkook and I planned this a couple days ago. Typically, when you're depressed, you want to wallow away in your own thoughts and sadness. But coming from personal experience, it only makes things worse. Being around people who love and care for me is what made me happy. It's exactly what Wooyoung needs, in my opinion.
"We love you too." Seonghwa smiled.
"A toast!" Mingi slurred, lifting his beer up high. Everyone else raised their drinks, including myself. "To Wooyoung!"
"To me?" Wooyoung was deeply touched, pouting his bottom lip.
"To you." Mingi nodded.
"Here, here!" Minho exclaimed, already going back to drinking. He's had his arm hooked around Jisung since the minute he walked in. As expected, they couldn't contain their excitement and nearly tackled each other to the ground. It's been a few months since they've seen each other so I'm sure they plan on taking advantage of every moment.
"Alright, to Wooyoung, everybody!" I exclaimed, wanting to get back to my drink.
Unsurprisingly, I was incredibly drunk. I don't need to party at a club ever again. In fact, I never will. Having fun like this with my friends, people I can trust, is more than enough for me.
"San." Minho called out. "Can I use your guest room for something?"
"Ask him." San pointed to me. Instead of asking, Minho nodded and took Jisung by the hand.
"The disrespect." I playfully scoffed.
"God damn it!" Minho shouted from upstairs.
I looked around and noticed that another couple was also missing. But instead of Minho and Jisung coming back downstairs, they closed the door.
"Oh my god." I laughed, thinking I was the only one that noticed.
"What?" Wooyoung asked.
"Got a lot of dudes banging upstairs." Jungkook joined, also noticing.
Wooyoung's eyes went wide, not liking that his apartment has now become a whore house. I expected it truthfully.
"Just let it happen." I dismissed.
"Who the hell is upstairs?" Wooyoung aggressively whispered.
"Minho, Han, Mingi, and Yunho." Jungkook answered.
"Sannie." Wooyoung whined, wanting his husband to save the day.
"They're in his room." San pointed to me, not having an issue with it.
I was having trouble suppressing my urge to laugh. I had an interesting thought come into my head that would most definitely be frowned upon. But I'm currently in la la land so maybe it wouldn't be too terrible to bring it up.
"Wanna know what still surprises me to this day?" I bit my lip and smiled.
"What?" Wooyoung replied.
"You know exactly what I'm gonna say."
Wooyoung and I are about to enter our psychic best friend mode, I can feel it.
"Tell me." He pouted.
