Deceived Me

Chapter 27:

After the song has ended, Stella asked her.

" This songs sounds so sad when I listened to the lyrics. It almost feels like it's dedicated to a beloved who has passed away."

Hearing that, a tear fell out of her eyes but she quickly looked away so that Stella wouldn't see and wiped her tears. Yes, this song was the one she stumbled upon after losing Stella. She felt like it was a song written for her. At that time, she needed a song. A hope for her beloved. She prayed that if beyond the universe, there is an afterlife, then please let her go back to her love. She would listen to this song when she missed her and cry again and again.

" Yeah. It was from a movie where the protagonist had passed away. His girlfriend sang it in his honour as a tribute."

" I see. I don't know why but it sounded extremely sad. Like you were singing for someone who has passed away."

Alice couldn't say anything to that. The pain of losing someone that is more precious than the world for you, Stella would never know.

They first went to a viewpoint. It was windy but not too cool. It was a cool atmosphere. They had hot coffee on the viewpoint and stayed there for a while. They got a picture taken and played walked in the woods hand in hand.

Then they went to an art exhibition. Alice always liked artistic things. They went to a painting exhibition and then wooden craft exhibition. Then Stella took her to the shopping centre and they brought a few little things. Along the way they also went to street shopping where they found a few beautiful things and had a bit of all the famous street foods.

Finally after that, Stella excitedly took her to a gaming zone. They played a lot of games there and had a lot of fun. Stella broke the high record in basketball game and another man who played before even challenged her. It was fun. They played car games and had a race. They also played bike games and also the banging cars game where you hit each others car. They felt a little old to play such games but Stella didn't care about that. Lastly, Stella wanted to get her something from the claw machine.

She tried more than ten times to no avail. Alice wanted to let her as she really wanted to get her something but after the twentieth time, she asked to let her try. And in the second time, she landed a good soft toy.

Stella was surprised and then pouted. Along the way back to car, she complained how everything is biased and she got to win the most. Alice found her adorable and smiled helplessly. She put her hand in her arms and walked back with stuff in her hands.

Lastly, they stopped by a great restaurant and had a romantic.dinner together. Stella had even prepared a bouquet for her. After that, they returned home around 22:00 at night. They had a lot of fun and it was a really memorable day. However they were really tired. After putting the stuff down, Stella saw Alice going towards her apartment and held her hands.

" Can you... Can you not go back? Can we sleep together again?"

Alice was confused why she stopped her and smiled hearing her ask.

" I am just going to grab your things. Don't worry."

Stella felt embarrassed. Alice left and then she also washed up. They went to bed and Stella snuggled in her arms. They were so tired that they fell asleep very soon.
