Stella slowly pulled her hands out and sat down on the bed. She leaned forward and opened a button on her shirt. Her eyes darkened. As she opened the other one, she stopped.

Her eyes stared at the obvious scare on Alice's chest. It was clear to see that the scar wasn't that old. As a doctor, she could also guess how serious the injury must've been. Moreover, there were small unnoticeable scars that were fading.

Stella thought about what happened these past few days. Then she remembered how she lost contact with Alice. Then she also thought about how often she heard Alice's parents voice in background when they talked. It all means that she had an accident on that day and she hid it from her.

Stella clenched her hands tightly and took a deep breath. She didn't notice how red her eyes have become.

She then opened all her buttons. Alice want wearing a bra but she had a vest underneath. Stella carefully looked at her body to see where else she's hurt. She instantly noticed her shoulder.

It looked slight different with a blueish spot. She could understand that it got fractured. As Stella discovered more and more wounds, the darker her eyes got.

She thought about something and looked at Alice face. She didn't see any scar on her forehead. She looked above in her hairs. As she moved her hairs a little, she saw the scalding wound hidden in her hairs and she stopped.

After a while, she moved again and closed her shirt. She tucked her in the quilt and left the room. On the way, she took her cigarettes and lighter along with her.

She went to the balcony in the living room and smoked with a hand on the railing. Her dark eyes stared daily into the endless sky. After finishing half of the pack, she brushed her teeth and slept beside Alice. She still had a hard time sleeping so she took out a sleeping pill that she hid as she rarely needs it.

When she fell asleep, she had a dream again. This time she could vaguely feel that the eyes she's seeing from belongs to herself.

She saw her old bedroom. The television was broadcasting some news. A person standing in front of a grand wedding hall was reporting.

" This is a beautiful moment to witness. The business tycoon Roy Castro is getting married to his childhood sweetheart Alice Waltman, who also made quite a name for herself. She single handedly took her grandfather company to another level. As I am reporting, their wedding preparations are getting finished. A few days later, on 18th of March, right in this wedding hall, they will take their vows and swear to stay with each other for the rest of their lives. What a beautiful love story they shared. The world wants to... "

Suddenly she seemed to close the television. Stella was a little dazed. She was also quite terrified by what she saw. What kind of a dream is she having to see her beloved marrying someone else who claims to be her sweetheart and with such details as even the name. What was the name again...

Then she felt her slowly getting up and going to her desk. On the top lays a diary. She recognised it. But it had something written on the cover.

'Always be Happy'

Then she saw the name in Portuguese and had a vague feeling what it meant. She opened the diary but before she could read, she flipped the pages and stopped at the blank one.

Her hands moved to pick up the pen and she wrote down the name and time. And then in the diary she wrote.
