Chapter Six

After 5 days of being in Nashville the team had finally returned home. They had the weekend off but would return to work Monday morning bright and early. The boys were still with Will in New Orleans, so Emily decided to take JJ to her place for the remaining days. They had stopped by JJ's place so she could pack some clean clothes then to the store so they would have food to eat, normally Emily would have her maid to do the shopping but she wanted to spend time with JJ as much as she could.

They pulled up to Emily's place and JJ was confused.

"Yes, Jennifer it is. I recently moved in order to have a bigger spot for my "room" . You'll see that once we get done eating for the night." They grabbed all their bags and headed up to Emily's penthouse, everyone knew Emily was wealthy but not this wealthy. JJ was confused as to why Emily wanted to be with her, she came from nothing. Her mom was a high school teacher and her dad was a retired police officer. Once they reached Emily's floor, JJ's mouth dropped in shock as she took in the place. Emily took the bags from her as she let JJ explore. After putting the bags away she walked over to JJ handing her a glass of red wine.

"So, do you like the place? It's kinda big but with you here, I think I'll like it a little bit better"
